Each of the four beautifully decorated bedrooms boasts its own private bathroom, ensuring privacy and relaxation for all guests. The villa’s warm and welcoming ambiance is a testament to the owner’s passion and dedication, reflected in the number of guests who return year after year.

Nestled in the charming village of Argaka, Sunset View Villa is ideally located for those who want to experience the authentic charm of Cyprus. The picturesque shingle coastline stretches for miles, dotted with delightful beachfront restaurants, where you can savor fresh seafood while watching the waves roll in. Just a short drive away, the town of Polis offers all the amenities you could need, including a large supermarket, pharmacies, banks, and a vibrant traditional square that comes alive in the evenings. Amazing Villa

Photos don't do it justice, Perfectly presented villa in fantastic location, everything you need for an amazing holiday is at your fingertips. Four large bedrooms all en-suite, large lounge and fully fitted kitchen with everything you need to cook at home. Plenty of outside seating and sunbeds for family of 8 in a good size pool with amazing views of the med. The villa is only 3-4 mins from the beach and plenty of restaurants and a local shop. Nearest town is only 10-12 mins away in car for every else you might need for your stay.
