Sunset View Villa is the ultimate getaway for those craving expansive sea views and a spacious retreat on the serene outskirts of Argaka, Cyprus. This charming four-bedroom villa comfortably accommodates up to eight guests, making it perfect for families or groups of friends looking to explore the local beautiful landscapes, historical sites, and miles of coastline.

Whilst at the villa, you’ll find all the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen and an inviting open-plan living area. The Mediterranean views are nothing short of breathtaking, with the first-floor bedrooms, living room, and poolside terrace all offering panoramic views over the shimmering sea.

Interior Details

Ground Floor: Features a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, and dining facilities, all seamlessly connected to the open-plan lounge. The lounge provides comfortable seating, air conditioning, and a smart TV, leading to the outdoor terrace. Also on this floor is a cozy double bedroom with air conditioning and a shower room.

An additional family WC is also available in this part of the house.

First Floor: Includes three more air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own balcony and stunning sea views. The first bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite shower, the master double bedroom offers private en-suite bath with shower and the third double an en-suite shower.

Outdoor Spaces

The villa’s outdoor area is designed for relaxation and fun. A covered terrace with alfresco dining facilities and a portable BBQ makes it ideal for outdoor meals, while sun loungers, a parasol, and vibrant Mediterranean shrubs add to the scenic ambiance. The private, heated* pool includes ladder and step access and is complemented by a poolside shower. A table tennis area provides extra entertainment for all ages.

Pool: Heated (on request) outdoor pool with ladder and Roman steps access for a leisurely swim with stunning views.(Pool heating available in Mar, April, May - Sept, Oct, November and it is on request).
