Description

Thalassa is a stylish single-storey, three-bedroom villa located on the eastern plateau of the prestigious Aphrodite Hills Resort. It offers high-quality accommodation in a peaceful setting, with beautiful views across the Mediterranean.

The spacious living area features leather sofas, a flat-screen TV, and large windows that open onto the pool and patio, creating a smooth connection between indoor and outdoor living. The dining area includes a glass-topped table seating six and sits alongside a modern Italian kitchen, fully equipped with an American-style fridge.

The master bedroom has a double bed, dual-aspect windows, and a generous en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and bath. French doors open directly onto the pool terrace. The second bedroom also features a double bed, while the third bedroom has twin beds; these share a nearby bathroom. A guest cloakroom and a basement utility room add extra convenience.

Outside, a covered veranda offers comfortable seating and dining areas, leading down to a 10m x 5m *infinity pool with Roman steps, sun loungers, and parasols—an ideal place to relax. A barbecue and landscaped gardens with a lawn overlooking the ravine and Mediterranean complete the outdoor space.

The villa is a short drive from the resort square, where guests can enjoy excellent facilities including a supermarket, café, a selection of restaurants and a beer garden, as well as the renowned golf course, spa, and sports facilities.
