As its name says, "The Doctors house" is a beautiful village house with a private swimming pool owned by the local doctor and ideally located in the heart of the bustling coastal village of Kassiopi. Kassiopi is famous for its crystal clear waters, the little fishing harbour, beaches, tavernas and bars.

Doctor's House sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 air-conditioned bedrooms. Without forgetting the bonus of a private swimming pool, a truly unique feature for a house of this kind and in this location! The villa offers guests a classy and upmarket holiday experience in one of the best spots on the island (a car is not required!).

Doctor's House is set over two floors and renovated using top-of-the-range materials. Particular attention has been given to decor and furnishing to provide a further sense of light, style and design. The living area is located on the ground floor. It comprises a spacious lounge (air-conditioned), a dining area (opening straight to the pool patio), a fully equipped purposely built kitchen, and a shower room. The three bedrooms (one double, two twins, all air-conditioned) are on the upper floor and share a large family shower. A pleasant pool-facing terrace can be accessed from the bedrooms.

The Private Swimming Pool

Considering the village location, the private swimming pool is undoubtedly the unique feature of "Doctor's House". It is well-screened and equipped with sunbeds for additional privacy. It measures 7m x 4m. A shaded dining area with a barbecue is also perfect for outdoor living all summer long.

Location

General Information

Kassiopi is both a village and popular resort on the affluent, reknowned northeast coast of Corfu, 37 km from the Town and the Airport. Historically, a small traditional fishing village, the town itself has evolved with many luxury private villas ATM's, Doctors Surgeries, Internet Cafes and Supermarkets, local Schools and even a Greek Orthodox Church.

Self drive Motorboats, simple and easy to operate, are available daily to weekly, boats with up to 30bhp can be secured with a simple car driving licence. Daily Coach and Boat excursions begin from Kassiopi Harbour and can be booked by local travel agencies running all over the island.

The main road to the North runs through the edge of the town, and a loop takes buses to the village square, approx. 250 yards from the Harbour. There is a local taxi base running 24 hours a day. Both Kassiopi and its surrounding areas are considered very safe at all times of the day, appealing to both couples and families.
Larger Private Villas adorn the hillsides and outskirts of Kassiopi, where simple apartment accommodation can also be found within the town centre.

The resort is lively both day and night and is locally known as the town that never sleeps!
Kassiopi appeals to those looking for life, both nightlife and daytime fun along with those interested in uncovering local history and traditions. Teenagers, families, couples or groups of friends, who are looking for the typical traditional charm of the North East coast, will all be forever content with Kassiopi.

Kalamionas, Bataria, Votana and Avlaki are some of the fabulous nearby beaches, all within walking distance from the village’s centre and pretty Harbour awash with its colourful boats and fishing smacks bobbing upon the crystalline Ionian Sea.
