Lovely villa surrounded by vines with views of both sea and mountains. The villa was very clean upon arrival and good facilities available to make a wonderful stay. The pool itself was a good size and depth. Three generations thoroughly enjoyed their stay, the young ones in the pool and the older ones the quietness and views. Latchi and Polis are readily accessible from the villa where there are good places to eat. We would definitely come back again.

Perched in a quiet, rural setting on the edge of the popular resort of Latchi, The Vines is a secluded single-story villa offering spectacular views over the bay, dreamy sunsets, and a sense of true Cypriot charm. Named after the neighboring vineyards that surround it, this traditional yet stylish villa promises a relaxing escape for families or groups of up to six.

The villa features is air conditioned throughout, has three bedrooms, a private sun-soaked pool, and beautifully maintained gardens, all designed to embrace the natural beauty of the area and offer comfort and serenity throughout your stay.

Inside, the villa opens into a bright and airy open-plan living and dining area, with large balcony doors leading out to the front terrace and pool area—ideal for letting in the cooling sea breeze and making the most of the stunning views. At the rear, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a breakfast table and all the amenities needed to prepare anything from a light lunch to a full family dinner.

A small hallway leads to the sleeping quarters. The master double bedroom features its own en-suite bathroom, while a second double bedroom and a twin room share a well-appointed family bathroom. All bedrooms offer direct access to either the front balcony or a peaceful side terrace, inviting you to step outside and enjoy the early morning sun or the quiet of the evening.

The private pool area is a highlight of the property—boasting uninterrupted views of the lush countryside and sparkling sea beyond.
