Testimonials

The villa was excellent. It was a great size for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids), had a big kitchen and a great pool. We were very happy being a short distance (approx. 1km) from the seafront and supermarket, and it was really good to have space around the villa.

The Vines is a secluded villa with stunning views over the bay of Chrysochous, with a sunny private pool (8 X 4 m), charming gardens, and three air-conditioned bedrooms, taking its name from neighboring vineyards and located in a rural area, near popular Lachi, its dreamy sunsets over the bay can be leisurely viewed each evening along with tranquil evenings in this typically traditional area of natural beauty. This spacious home is ideal for a family of 6 people.

Layout

The entrance opens to a single space which consists of a lounge and dining area with balcony doors opening onto the front terrace and the pool. A fully equipped kitchen is set at the back, with a small dining table and all the facilities for meal preparation.

A small hall on the right connects this space with the bedrooms. One of them is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, the other one is a double, while the third is a twin sharing a family bathroom and a guest WC.

All the bedrooms are fitted with balcony doors opening either to the front balcony or to a small side terrace.

Pool and Terraces

The private sunny pool (8 X 4 m) is located on the left corner of the garden, towards the sea and it is accessed either via a metal ladder or steps. It is surrounded by spacious terraces, a nice lawn, sunbathing facilities and offers exceptional views over the Bay of Chrysochous or the village of Latsi towards the West.

The adjacent roofed terrace is pleasantly furnished and designed to overlook the bay on its front.
