Christos the owner of the villa was brilliant. Everything about this place is perfect and we had the best holiday with our 3 little ones. Couldn’t fault anything. The only constructive feedback I could think of would be to have a gate between the driveway and the pool, but that’s because we have a toddler! We will most certainly be returning to this amazing.

The Vines is a secluded villa with stunning views over the bay of Chrysochous, with a sunny private pool (8 X 4 m), charming gardens, and three air-conditioned bedrooms, taking its name from neighboring vineyards and located in a rural area, near popular Lachi, its dreamy sunsets over the bay can be leisurely viewed each evening along with tranquil evenings in this typically traditional area of natural beauty. This spacious home is ideal for a family of 6 people.

Layout

The entrance opens to a single space which consists of a lounge and dining area with balcony doors opening onto the front terrace and the pool. A fully equipped kitchen is set at the back, with a small dining table and all the facilities for meal preparation.

A small hall on the right connects this space with the bedrooms. One of them is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, the other one is a double, while the third is a twin sharing a family bathroom and a guest WC.

All the bedrooms are fitted with balcony doors opening either to the front balcony or to a small side terrace.

Pool and Terraces

The private sunny pool (8 X 4 m) is located on the left corner of the garden, towards the sea and it is accessed either via a metal ladder or steps. It is surrounded by spacious terraces, a nice lawn, sunbathing facilities and offers exceptional views over the Bay of Chrysochous or the village of Latsi towards the West.

The adjacent roofed terrace is pleasantly furnished and designed to overlook the bay on its front.

The Vines is a bungalow-style villa, set in a rural location with exceptional sea and dreamy sunset views guaranteeing comfort, tranquillity, and peace, take your holiday at a leisurely pace, but you are still close enough to Cosmopolitan Latsi for a special evening out.

Very much enjoyed our stay.

The house was very comfortable, peaceful, spacious and private. Great views over the fields to the sea and the hills, and surrounded on three sides by vines. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Wspanialy dom polozony w przepieknym otoczeniu. W domu jest wszystko czego potrzeba, jest bardzo komfortowy! Miejsca do spedzania czasu na zewnatrz (przy basenie) jest tez bardzo duzo. Polozenie domu daje 100% prywatnosci, jest cisza i spokój. Genialny zarówno dla rodzin z dziecmi, jak i grupy znajomych. Polecam!!! (EN:A wonderful house located in beautiful surroundings. The house has everything you need, it is very comfortable! There is also a lot of space to spend time outside (by the pool). The location of the house gives 100% privacy, peace and quiet. Brilliant for both families with children and a group of friends. I recommend!!!)
