Thodoros Apartment is part of a charming traditional village house in Boikatika, in the quiet Erimitis area of Paxos—an idyllic setting with magnificent sea and sunset views. Surrounded by stone walls, old footpaths, and centuries-old olive trees, it offers an authentic island retreat, ideal for peaceful mornings and leisurely countryside walks.

The property consists of a main ground-floor apartment and an additional independent room on the lower level. The ground floor is accessed easily from the street through a small gate that opens into a paved stone courtyard, followed by just 2-3 steps.

Inside, the entrance leads into a bright, airy living space with rustic décor, a decorative fireplace, a cozy sitting area, and a dining table. At the far end of the room, a fully equipped kitchen enjoys a large front window with beautiful sea views. A shared bathroom with shower is also located on this level. On the right side of the living space, two air-conditioned double bedrooms provide comfort and privacy.

A third bedroom is located in the basement, with its own independent external entrance. This separate retreat features two single beds, a small refrigerator, a coffee maker, and a table—making it perfect for guests or family members seeking more seclusion during their stay.

The courtyard offers a welcoming outdoor space with stone paving, charming gardens, places to relax, and lovely views over the surrounding landscape, enhancing the countryside atmosphere.

Thodoros Apartment is a purely rustic home, defined by its traditional stone construction, low ceilings, and the rare feature of an additional independent room for extra peace and privacy. Its simplicity and character make it an ideal base for exploring the extraordinary Eremiti coastline (1.5 km away), the blue caves underneath the hill, the picturesque hamlet of Magazia, or for leisurely strolls through the island’s lush olive groves.

The apartment accommodates up to six guests and may also be rented together with the adjacent Dora Apartment or the Thodoroulis Studio, making it an excellent option for larger families or groups seeking a shared holiday setting.
