Thodoroulis Studio is part of a charming traditional village house in Boikatika, in the serene Erimitis area of Paxos. Surrounded by stone walls, old pathways, and centuries-old olive trees, it offers stunning sea and sunset views, remaining a peaceful retreat in an authentic island neighbourhood—perfect for quiet mornings and leisurely countryside walks.

Located on the ground floor, the studio is easily accessed from the private parking area through a small gate and a few stone steps. Inside, the entrance opens into a bright, airy single-room space featuring a large window overlooking the courtyard, a comfortable double bed, and generous built-in wardrobes. The studio also includes a separate bathroom with a shower, a small refrigerator, and a cosy table for two. Simple, air-conditioned, and thoughtfully arranged, it offers everything needed for a relaxing stay away from it all.

Its understated simplicity and the views offered make Thodoroulis Studio an ideal hideaway for exploring the island’s natural and cultural treasures. The breathtaking Eremitis coastline lies just 1.5 km away, while the famous blue caves at the bottom of the hill and the traditional village of Magazia are a short walk away—as are countless tranquil paths through the lush olive groves.

Perfect for couples or solo travellers, the studio accommodates up to two guests and can also be rented with the neighbouring apartments, Dora and Thodoros, for larger groups or families seeking a shared holiday setting.
