Description

Vari Estate is a complex of two self-contained villas, built in a nicely kept private ground with lush gardens and a large swimming pool, just 500 meters away from the tranquil beach of Agnos - Corfu and only 50 minutes drive from Corfu Town.
The villas are located in a very quiet area, in between Roda and Karousades; both of them are set on a ground floor, with nice private balconies, they are fully air-conditioned and spacious for a party or a family of eight persons, who can be accommodated in the two adjacent properties.

The villas are twins, they have no differences in between and one is located just a few steps away from the other.

Common Layout for both villas
The main entrance of each villa leads into a nicely decorated open-plan space, with a modern fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge, log fire and balcony doors opening onto a private side balcony.
Adjacent to this area, which also features a family shower room, is set the two bedrooms. The first one is the master bedroom with an en-suite shower and the second one a twin both will door to the surrounding garden.

Pool and Gardens
The large shared pool lye in the middle of the nicely kept gardens and it is in between the two villas. It is surrounded by all the sunbathing and sitting facilities for total relaxation in privacy.

On the garden’s edge has been established a brick BBQ, as well as a roofed space with an outdoor Jacuzzi (on request and payable extra to the owner), which offers an additional luxury to this charming establishment.

The Location
Further to Vari Estates' amazing gardens, the impeccable standard of the indoors settings and the ideal of its location, (due to the short proximity of Roda, Acharavi town, Karousades and Sidari), they stay in this establishment can only assure a memorable holiday away from it all, but also so close to them all.

Location

General Information

The area of Agnos is an extension of Astrakeri beach, located on route to Sidari from Roda on the northern side of the island. It is a peaceful bay surrounded by green hills and Mediterranean foliage. A couple of traditional tavernas set the scene and add hues of local charm and colour. It is a great choice for a relaxing family holiday, located between the larger resorts of Roda and Sidari.
Astrakeri is a delightful resort around 40km from Corfu Town. It is considered ideal for children due to its shallow crystalline waters. Sunbeds and Umbrellas are available for hire dotted along the sandy shore. There is also a watersports centre for enthusiasts, the tavernas being in a close vicinity, alternatively, why not just let time take its course, do your own thing and enjoy the tranquil scenery of the area.
