This self catering holiday property, with its own private parking space, just next to Pomos main road, is really spacious for a family or party of six persons and is located very close to the local amenities.

Layout
Venetia Beach House is set in two levels and features a roof terrace with stunning panoramic views over the bay and the countryside.

A roofed small terrace leads to the main entrance, which opens to an open plan area, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining facilities and a sitting room overlooking the sea. Balcony doors open onto a large front balcony where a BBQ is handily located.

There is a guests’ WC next to the interior staircase. This staircase lands onto the upper level and the bedrooms.

This part of the house features two single bedrooms and one twin, which shares a family bathroom. There is also an air - conditioned master bedroom with en-suite shower and a font facing balcony with sea views.

A second staircase leads onto an extra guests’ WC and the roof terrace, which is equipped with comfortable seating. The sea is on your footstep and it offers stunning views over the bay of Chrysochous.

There is an exterior staircase on the left hand side of the house, which ends on the pebbly beach, just a few steps away.
