Villa Aeria is a stunning, contemporary retreat nestled in the charming village of Meladeia, offering a perfect blend of modern luxury and serene countryside living. Just a 10-minute drive from the beach, this beautifully designed villa is bathed in natural light, with a calming, neutral color palette and sleek, stylish furnishings.

Spanning two levels and fully air-conditioned, the villa welcomes you with an elegant entrance and a staircase leading to both floors. The lower level is dedicated to spacious open-plan living, featuring a stylish lounge and dining area with high-quality furnishings, while the fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation effortless. Expansive patio doors frame fabulous views over the rolling countryside and out to the sea, bringing the outdoors in.

Upstairs, you'll find all three well-appointed bedrooms. The master double boasts an en suite bathroom, while a second double and a twin room share a generous shower room. Each bedroom enjoys its own private balcony, with the double rooms overlooking the inviting pool area—a perfect spot to soak in the tranquil surroundings.

Outside, the beautifully maintained pool area is a haven for relaxation, complete with high-quality sun loungers and parasols. The shaded dining terrace provides an idyllic setting for al fresco meals, easily prepared on your private BBQ.

For your comfort, air conditioning in the bedrooms is included. If desired, the two lounge units are available for an additional charge of €10 per day for one unit or €15 for both.

we simply couldn’t recommend this villa highly enough

Fabulous villa in a beautiful location but a car is essential. There is a lovely restaurant which would be in walking distance but in the heat could be a very hot and sticky walk. There are lots of lovely tavernas within 10-20 min drive and plenty to do and see including Latchi which has fabulous boat trips, plenty of restaurants and a great taxi service. Roughly 30 euros each way. A trip to coral bay beach is well worth it roughly 45 min drive and completely recommend going the scenic route, gorgeous views and some fabulous little villages ??. I am so glad we picked this location as even though not a lot is on the doorstep trips to everywhere are filled with fabulous views and gorgeous flower filled borders, which meant we really felt we had seen true rustic Cyprus. Everyone we came across were super friendly including the cleaner and pool man and we simply couldn’t recommend this villa highly enough. Just can’t wait to get the opportunity to go back thank you Sofronios’s ??

Good for a couple of days

The villa is set amongst a cluster of other similar villas in a quiet country setting. Its an easy drive to places to go and see. A couple of good restaurants in driving distance.

Ein Traumurlaub in der sehr schönen Villa

Die Villa war sehr schön und sehr sauber. Der Pool ist ein Traum. Man kann die Ruhe und den Sonnenuntergang so richtig genießen. Für 6 Leute könnten die Badezimmer eng werden. Es wird sofort auf Fragen reagiert und wir durften sogar am Abreisetag aufgrund unseres späten Fluges länger bleiben. Leider gab es die angegebene Grundausstattung nicht (Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Grillkohle,…), dadurch vergebe ich nur 4 statt der 5 Sterne. Ein bisschen was wie Salz, Öl, Folie, Küchenrolle haben wir für die nächsten Gäste hier gelassen??. Es fehlen in der Küche Kleinigkeiten wie z.B ein großer Krug, Eierbecher, es ist nur 1 Schneidebrett vorhanden. Aber wir waren nicht unzufrieden und es ist nur ,jammern, auf hohem Niveau. Der Urlaub war großartig !(EN:) The villa was very beautiful and very clean. The pool is a dream. You can really enjoy the peace and the sunset. For 6 people the bathrooms might get a bit crowded. They responded to our questions immediately and we even got to stay longer on the day of our departure due to our late flight. Unfortunately, the basic supplies mentioned (salt, pepper, oil, charcoal, etc.) were not provided, so I give it only 4 stars instead of 5. We left a few things like salt, oil, foil, and kitchen towels here for the next guests. There are some small things missing in the kitchen such as a big jug, egg cups, only one cutting board. But we were not unhappy and it is just complaining at a high level. The vacation was great
