Description

Testimonials

Villa Alexandra is a lovely, comfortable villa, well located for a gentle stroll downhill to the bars and restaurants on the seafront. The outdoor area and the pool are great! It was lovely to have the benefit of a fixed shaded area to shelter from the heat of the sun. Villa Alexandra would benefit from a little more attention to detail, particularly with the cleaning and maintenance both indoors and outside. The en-suite bathroom in particular could do with some refurbishment and a thorough clean of the shower area. Also, simple maintenance such as the replacement of broken light switches and sockets would be beneficial in creating a better impression. All in all a good villa in a good location - we would totally recommend Katelios for a relaxing holiday.

Villa Alexandra is a welcoming and beautifully appointed holiday home located in Katelios, Kefalonia. Set in a peaceful area at the edge of the village, surrounded by two other luxury villas in a private plot, it offers amazing sea views, privacy and tranquillity while still being just a short walk from the beach and local tavernas. With its private swimming pool, air-conditioned interiors, and comfortable layout, the villa is ideal for up to six guests seeking a relaxing and well-equipped retreat.

Layout

The villa is beautifully arranged over two levels. The main entrance on the ground floor opens into a bright and spacious, air-conditioned open-plan living area, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with a comfortable dining space. From here, guests can step out onto the front terrace, which offers direct access to the pool area via a small staircase, as well as to the charming surrounding garden.

Also located on this level is a separate family shower room/WC and a decorative fireplace, adding an extra touch of comfort and character to the living space.

An internal staircase leads to the upper level, where the three air-conditioned bedrooms are situated. The master bedroom benefits from its own en-suite shower room/WC, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable double bed. The third bedroom includes an additional single bed, making it ideal for families or groups requiring extra sleeping arrangements. These two bedrooms share a conveniently located family shower room/WC positioned between them.

Outdoor Areas

A small staircase from the front terrace leads down to the fenced garden and the sunny southeast-facing swimming pool (9.0m x 5.0m), which enjoys beautiful sea views.

The pool is bordered by spacious terraces that receive sun for most of the day, and the inviting alongside gazebo with a portable BBQ offers the perfect setting for relaxed outdoor dining and enjoying warm evenings under the Kefalonian sky.

Private parking is available within the property grounds.
