Villa Alexandros is an amazing Corfu villa with a private pool, a property with no immediate neighbours, but with dreamy, panoramic views to the vast Ionian Sea at the front, a tranquil olive grove and mountain views from the back, located in Nisaki, just 1 km away (10 min walk) from Kaminaki beach and only 30 minutes from Corfu Airport.

The property is set on a hillside above Nisaki, with extensive exterior entertaining areas, a self-contained level, and a magical, shaded rooftop terrace surrounding a super private swimming pool. Villa Alexandros boasts having uninterrupted views along Corfu's coastline and stretches across the Ionian Sea to the mountains of mysterious Albania and the nearby Greek mainland.

Villa Alexandros is the ideal villa for either small groups or large families, sleeping up to 8 persons. It is unusually arranged with external stairs linking three floors: The ground floor, the self-contained annex, the main villa on the first level, and the unbelievably huge roof terrace.
This level consists of an open plan kitchen/dining area, which opens to a garden terrace, a shared bathroom, a double bedroom and a twin, with one single and one pull-out bed.

Contrary to the norm, this villa has its pool located on the terrace, connected to the other parts of the property with external staircases. The swimming pool also has a children section on the side. The central part of the house, upstairs, is fully air-conditioned. It features a bathroom and a shower room, one master double bedroom and two twins, an open plan modern kitchen with dining and sitting areas. The front balcony doors open to a large balcony overlooking the sea and a smaller side balcony with a dining table. This balcony is the primary access to this delightful villa.

Alongside the pool, a shaded part of the terrace provides all the dining al-fresco facilities. One can easily say that this is the most fantastic part of the villa, offering cyclically incredible views underneath the starry summer sky.

Villa Alexandros is 1.6 km away from Nisaki Centre, tavernas and shops, 1.7 km from the beach and only 24.0 km from Corfu Airport.

General Information

Nisaki is only a very small village, extended from the slopes of mount Pantokrator all the way down to the sea and it is located on the celebrated northeast coast of Corfu Island, a meret 25 kms from Corfu Town.
Nisaki, in the Greek language, means: "small island" and it is believed that took its name from the small island, which existed in its bay. Years ago, the locals used to work on this island, shaping stones and rocks for building, brought to them by boats. After many years, the chippings falling into sea formed a ramp and eventually joined the land. Now, there is a narrow road running between the old island, where a couple of Tavernas are standing and the mainland. Lately, a jetty was constructed, linking it permanently to the coast.
The main village of Nisaki was emerging on the hill, above this inlet, where a church, a school, a small cafe and the village's first houses were located.
In nowadays the village on its own is quite sporadic and has got no main centre. The main part of the village is alongside and upward the main coastal road. Above the main road there are 2-3 winding lanes that go up high, through olive groves and eventually join Nisaki with the top of Mount Pantokrator.
Hundreds of luxury villas adorn the slopes of the Mountain, providing spectacular views and making Nisaki, overall, a very popular resort, a car is recommended due to the elevated location of most properties.
Nissaki is still an un-commercialized resort, but with unbelievable scenery and amazing viewpoints promising a truly memorable holiday. It is a tranquil village, ideal for family holidays, elderly couples and people who love traditional Greece. Young couples are also welcome, as the area offers a choice of nightlife just a few kilometers further up, in Kassiopi and / or Ipsos. The main Nissaki beach area is small but elegant waterside tavernas are simply perfect to while away time gazing out to the stunning scenery of the rugged Albanian mountains beyond the Corfu Channel and sparkling Ionian Sea.

Wow. What an amazing stay

Wow. What an amazing stay. The villa is lovely, but it’s the view on the patio by the pool that is just breath taking. It was so lovely just to sit and watch boats going across. The pool was lovely. Everything was very clean. The owner came every couple of days to do a few things outside and was very friendly and helpful. Inside the villa everything was very clean. We absolutely loved it - possibly the best place we’ve ever stayed because of those views. Thank you so much. ??

We felt very comfortable in Villa Alexandros

Wie haben uns in der Villa Alexandros sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt etwas abgeschieden, aber gut erreichbar (auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln). Der Blick aufs Meer ist wunderschön. Die Unterkunft hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen und die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Manches am Inventar ist nicht mehr brandneu, hatte aber Charme und passte zur Villa.(EN:We felt very comfortable in Villa Alexandros. The house is a little secluded, but easy to reach (also by public transport). The view of the sea is beautiful. The accommodation met our expectations and the hosts were very friendly. Some of the inventory is no longer brand new, but it had charm and suited the villa.)
