Villa Anastasia, is a stunning detached property nestled in the outskirts of Sinies Village, Corfu, right on the main road toward Agios Stefanos NE and Kerasia Beach. This idyllic retreat accommodates up to 7 guests in luxurious comfort, offering breathtaking sea views and exceptional natural surroundings. With 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a private pool Villa Anastasia is a haven for relaxation and exploration.

Layout

This comfortable villa extends over two levels, and its main feature is the traditional Corfiot architecture with its many stone-built structures.

Living Room: Located on the ground level this air-conditioned living area, is completed with comfortable seating, an ornamental fireplace, TV, and Free Wi-Fi. Large patio doors lead to the balcony with outdoor dining and spectacular sea views.

Excellent stay

Séjour excellent. Qualité de l'hébergement. Localisation excellente. Point de vue magnifique. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine ni du SPA en raison de la température, mais en été ce doit être parfait. (EN: Excellent stay. Quality of accommodation. Excellent location. Magnificent view. We couldn't use the pool or spa due to the temperature, but it must be perfect in summer.)

well-equipped accommodation

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Check-in verlief dank des unkomplizierten Selbst-Check-ins problemlos. Die Betten waren frisch bezogen, die Bäder vollständig mit Handtüchern ausgestattet, welche im Laufe der Woche gewechselt wurden.Die Küche war äußerst sauber und umfassend eingerichtet. Der Pool wurde täglich unauffällig gereinigt, ohne zu stören. Im Oktober war das Wasser recht kühl – wer gerne badet, sollte eher das Meer wählen. Der Jacuzzi ist, wie beschrieben, ein Kaltwasser-Whirlpool.Eine Kommunikation mit dem Veranstalter war nicht nötig, da alles reibungslos funktionierte. Parken mit zwei Autos war direkt am Haus möglich, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe. Trotz eines Nachbarhauses hatte man völlige Ruhe.Vom Flughafen Korfu benötigt man etwa eine Stunde, je nach Verkehr. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die eine saubere, ruhige und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft suchen. (EN: The accommodation was very clean and well-maintained. Check-in was straightforward thanks to the uncomplicated self-check-in system. The beds were freshly made, and the bathrooms were fully equipped with towels, which were changed throughout the week. The kitchen was exceptionally clean and fully equipped. The pool was cleaned discreetly every day without being intrusive. In October, the water was quite cool – those who enjoy swimming should probably choose the sea. The jacuzzi is, as described, a cold-water whirlpool. No communication with the tour operator was necessary, as everything ran smoothly. Parking for two cars was available directly at the house, and shops are within easy walking distance. Despite a neighboring house, it was completely quiet. It takes about an hour to get there from Corfu Airport, depending on traffic. Overall, a clear recommendation for anyone looking for clean, quiet, and well-equipped accommodation.)
