Living Spaces

The ground floor features an open-plan layout with a comfortable living room, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area. Large patio doors flood the space with natural light and open onto front terraces with spectacular sea views. A utility room with a washing machine and a shower room completes this level.

An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where you will find two air-conditioned bedrooms — both doubles — sharing a spacious bathroom. Both bedrooms open onto private balconies with stunning panoramic sea views.

A stone staircase from the main level leads down to the impressive private swimming pool (8.5m x 5m), which appears to float above the mountainside. Expansive southeast-facing terraces surround the pool, offering plenty of space for sunbathing and outdoor dining. A built-in stone BBQ sits in one corner, perfect for relaxed al fresco meals.

The pool also features a circular children’s section, ideal for younger guests. Sun loungers and umbrellas provide ample comfort while you enjoy the endless blue views stretching across the Ionian Sea.
