Everything was perfect.

Villa Anthoulis is a typical Cypriot villa located in a secluded olive grove above Latchi Cyprus, with amazing sea views and only a few minutes from the beach and towns centre. This is an ideal place for a family or party of six persons wishing to stay away from it all, enjoying the private large pool, the well maintained gardens and the natural peace of the virgin Cypriot countryside. Villa Anthoulis is a three-bedroom property, set on one level facing the sea at the front of the villa with the green, verdant surrounding hills at the back. It is accessed by an outside gate, which opens to a short track to the villa and to the private parking . It consists of an open plan modern kitchen, spacious dining and living area, with balcony doors opening onto the pool terrace and to a front roofed balcony, with lovely seating facilities. All the bedrooms are nicely decorated and spacious, with amazing views and they are all fully air-conditioned. (Air-conditioning is provided free of charge). There is a master bedroom with an en-suite shower room and two twin bedrooms, which are sharing a family shower / WC. The large private pool, with pool table aside, is located at the front of the house surrounded by well-tended gardens, plants, and spacious terraces for sunbathing or just relaxing. Sitting on the front terraces, the views of the open sea are simply amazing, the privacy exceptional, and the location perfect for hiking or walking all the way down to Latchi beach through the countryside's olive and orange groves.
