Villa Arsinoe Finiki is a self catering holiday property, located among pin drop-quiet orchards, within walking distance from lively Latchi – Cyprus, with private pool, stunning views and really spacious for a party of four (4), who can be accommodated in two air-conditioned bedrooms.

Villa Arsinoe Finiki is the sister property to the adjacent Aphrodite Finiki and they can be both booked together for a larger party or family.

This charming villa is set in two levels; it is totally private, with a large sunny pool (10 X 6 m.), lush gardens and views over the bay of Chrysochous.

The private stylish pool, shaped as an 8, is set in between lush gardens and it is surrounded by sunny terraces. Next to the pool a fully furnished and roofed space has been established, with alongside BBQ for those ones who wish to try their cooking skills whilst away from home. The sunny surrounded terraces and the well tended gardens have been reported popular to children or elderly people, who will chose to spend their day home, rather walking down to the crowded Latchi Beach. The ideal location of Arsinoe Finiki with the close by amenities, together with the facilities and the amazing views offered, can only assure anyone of the occupants for a memorable and relaxing stay away from it all. Outside The following outside facilities are available for your own use: - Barbecue. - Parking available (Private). - Garden with grass , trees and a gardener that will visit from time to time. - Terrace. - Shaded terrace. - Sun-loungers.

Pool Extra Information Pool towels are available. Cleaner:Twice a week, including your arrival. Linen:Once a week. Towels:Twice a week, including your arrival. Car hire:Not essential. Check-in/Checkout policy - Official Check in time is 14:00 hrs. - Luggage Check in is 14:00 hrs. - Official Check out time is 10:00 hrs. We can be flexible with check-in and checkout time on request. The cleaner may be in the property even after the official checking time and will stay until cleaning of the property is complete.

The ground floor consists of an open plan sitting and dining space, with French doors opening onto the pool terraces, a fully equipped kitchen and a front roofed terrace with sitting furniture.

The interior staircase lands on the upper level, which features one double and one twin bedroom, both of them with en-suite private showers. The peculiarity of these bedrooms is the extension of the rooms towards the balcony with large windows overlooking Latchi and the surrounding beaches.

All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and this is provided free of charge by the owner, although the use of air-conditioning in the lounge area is charged extra. (7.00 Euro per unit per day and payable directly to the owner).

Lovely Latchi, a jewel of a resort on the west coast of Cyprus conveniently situated half an hour outside of the city of Paphos.
It's the only place on the Island, where the visitors can enjoy the beauty of both: the mountain of the Akamas Peninsula and sea!
Latchi offers an amazing choice of high-standard accommodation, like luxurious villas and apartments, and has a good selection of delicious fish restaurants along the marina, beach bars and cafeterias as well as supermarkets, souvenir and gift-shops.

I wish I had longer here!

Myself and my fiancé really enjoyed our stay at Sofronio’s place, everything was as described in the photos and very clean and tidy upon arrival. Sofronio was incredibly helpful through messages whenever I had any questions. The house is beautiful inside and out and located in a perfect area, many restaurants and shops and places to see. I wish I had longer here!

More than stated!

The villa is beautiful with a lovely garden and the area around, countryside. There is an additional shower room with WC, not featured in the information online. It is not far from Polis beach and Latchi. Perfect for those wanting peace and tranquility.

Cyprus is renowned for its warm and inviting climate, and Villa Arsinoe truly embraces this. The sun-drenched days created the perfect backdrop for lounging by the pool, soaking up the Mediterranean rays. With temperatures soaring, the refreshing pool at Villa Arsinoe was an absolute godsend. Not only was it impeccably clean, but the cool water provided a welcome respite from the heat.Location-wise, Villa Arsinoe couldn't be more ideal. Situated near Latchi, guests have easy access to the charming Latchi Harbour and its array of restaurants. During my stay, I thoroughly enjoyed strolling down to the harbour in the evenings to sample the local cuisine. From freshly caught seafood to traditional Cypriot dishes, the restaurants in Latchi exceeded my expectations in both quality and affordability. Whether you're craving grilled fish or meze platters, you'll find something to tantalize your taste buds, all within a stone's throw from Villa Arsinoe.
