Description

Villa Artemis is a comfortable holiday villa in Protaras Cyprus, in the Kapparis area. It is a detached house, with a private swimming pool, and within walking distance to the local amenities and Malama beach.

This charming property is modernly furnished and provides all the facilities of a stress-free stay, for a family or party of six persons. There are three air-conditioned bedrooms (the aircon is free of charge) and three bathrooms. The lovely swimming pool is 8m x 4m.

Layout

The ground level consists of an open plan area with a spacious living room and a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area, guests’ shower / WC room, and a marble staircase leading to the upper floor. The air-conditioning in the living room area is on request, and the cost is 10 Euro for each day of service.

French doors are opening onto the front terraces and the pool.

The interior staircase lands on the upper level, which houses the three bedrooms. The first one is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (bath with shower / WC) and a balcony over the pool terraces. The other two bedrooms are both twins that share in between the third bathroom of the property (bath with shower / WC) and a balcony.

Pool and Location

The private pool nestles in the middle of the front garden, with sunny terraces, equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, and dining al fresco facilities.

Villa Artemis is ideally in a quiet area of Protaras, close to Paralimni, with most of the facilities within a short walking distance and the beach of Malama only a breath away. It is modern, spacious, sunny, and ideal for anyone seeking a relaxing stay away from it all, but so close to them as well.

Villa has a good location close to amenities (which is good if you dont want a car - although we had one as there are other great places to explore!).  We enjoyed our stay and the villa had a good location.
