Villa Asteri is a beautiful traditional villa nestled in the village of Katsarata, one of Kefalonia’s most picturesque and sought-after locations. Perfectly positioned in a quiet neighbourhood, just 10 minutes from the vibrant harbour town of Fiskardo and 30 minutes from the world-famous Myrtos Beach, this villa offers the ideal blend of privacy, comfort, and natural beauty.

Set atop a panoramic hillside, Villa Asteri unfolds across two levels and offers spectacular views of the Ionian Sea, with vistas extending to the neighbouring islands of Lefkada, Ithaca, Meganisi, and the mainland.

Spacious, fully air-conditioned and welcoming, the villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests — ideal for families or small groups seeking relaxation in a tranquil setting with convenient access to nearby amenities.

While the villa enjoys a serene and secluded atmosphere, it’s just a short drive (1 km) from the village of Magganos, where you’ll find mini-markets, traditional tavernas, and local shops.

Inside, the villa is designed for both comfort and convenience. The spacious ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a cosy living room with an ornamental fireplace, a family shower room, and a charming dining area with handcrafted wooden furniture. French doors open onto a terrace leading to the pool area, creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living while framing magnificent sea views.

An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, which includes three beautifully furnished bedrooms and two shower rooms (one en suite). The master and second bedrooms each feature a double bed, while the third offers two twin beds — ideal for children or friends.
