Villa Asya 2 is a beautifully appointed 3-bedroom villa with breathtaking sea views, fully air-conditioned, located in the desirable Ortaalan area of Kalkan. Its prime location places it within easy reach of the city centre, the beach, markets, and restaurants, making it an ideal choice for large families or groups of friends of up to 6 guests.

The villa features a sunny private pool, spacious outdoor terraces, and stunning surroundings, offering both comfort and functionality for those looking to relax while enjoying panoramic views of Kalkan Bay.

Villa Asya 2 is adjacent to Villa Asya 1, positioned slightly higher (the middle villa in the complex) on a higher level, with a shared entrance that branches into two separate access staircases.

The property is spread across three levels, connected by internal stairs, which might be unsuitable for guests with limited mobility.
