This is our second time staying in the area. Last time we stayed next door. The house is very similar to next door. Has all you need. The outside area is huge. There are different areas of shade so this was good as experienced a heatwave whilst there. We took my 83 year old mother in law who is not so good on her feet. There is quite a lot of small steps outside so if we bring her again will book next door as a slope to the pool. She had the downstairs bedroom which was fine for her. I must say that the couple who manage the property do a great job maintaining the grounds. They work really hard even during the heatwave. The villas are always super clean. We will be returning again this year, so may try the 2 bedroom in the same area :)

Upstairs, two spacious twin bedrooms each come with en-suite shower rooms and private balconies overlooking the sparkling bay—ideal for starting your mornings with breathtaking sea views.

Step outside and immerse yourself in the villa’s tranquil outdoor spaces. At the rear, a spacious terrace invites you to enjoy al fresco dining in true Mediterranean style. A few steps and a short pathway lead to the private pool area, where you’ll find sunbeds and parasols, a shaded gazebo for cooling off with a drink, and a built-in BBQ—perfect for long, leisurely evenings under the stars.

For your comfort, air conditioning is included in all bedrooms, while air conditioning in the lounge is available for €7 per day, payable locally.

Lovely Latchi, a jewel of a resort on the west coast of Cyprus conveniently situated half an hour outside of the city of Paphos.
It's the only place on the Island, where the visitors can enjoy the beauty of both: the mountain of the Akamas Peninsula and sea!
