Villa Dioni is a luxury villa and a perfect holiday nest, in the tranquil area of Kapparis, in the well-known Protaras. It is a detached villa, with four air-conditioned bedrooms, a lovely garden and a private sun-kissed pool (10m x 5m) facing East with an adjacent outside jacuzzi. Villa Dioni offers unobstructed sea views towards the Mediterranean Sea. It is above and next to Malama beach and close to all local amenities.

Dioni is a modern and luxuriously decorated villa set in two levels. It is the ideal holiday setting for a large family or group of eight (8) persons who can enjoy a relaxing stay in four bedrooms with three (3) bathrooms along with a sunny swimming pool.

Layout

The main door opens into an open-plan space with a modern and fully equipped kitchen linked to the dining area, a modern living room alongside a family bathroom and French doors leading to the pool and the sunny terraces. Air - conditioning in the living room area is on request, and the cost will be 10 Euro for each day of use.

The interior marble staircase joins the ground space with the upper level, with four spacious bedrooms. There are two double bedrooms with small private balconies, and one of them, the master bedroom, features an en-suite shower room. The other two bedrooms are twins and share the third bathroom (bath/shower/WC) with the second double.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned (provided for free) and enjoy stunning sea views over their private balconies.

Bedrooms and sleeping arrangements:
- Bedroom 1: on the upper floor, sleeps two adults on a double bed
- Bedroom 2: on the upper floor, sleeps two adults on a double bed
- Bedroom 3: on the upper floor, sleeps two adults on twin beds
- Bedroom 4: on the upper floor, sleeps two adults on twin beds

Pool and Terraces

The pool is the highlight of the villa. It is surrounded by sunny terraces, with sunbeds, parasols, and beautiful furniture for extra relaxation while enjoying the rising sun early in the morning. Access to the pool is with Roman Steps, and one can find an adjacent Jacuzzi.

There is also a built-in barbecue with a side oven and furniture for dining al fresco, for anyone seeking to try his cooking skills whilst away from home.

The garden is ideal for extra sunbathing and sea breeze joy from the adjacent Malama beach in the pool extension.

Good location right by one nice beach with beach bar and very close to two others. good sized and nice pool with a pool-side BBQ lovely garden views onto the sea large size and clean various maintenance issues on arrival, some unresolvable throughout stay, others dealt with very promptly and willingly
