It was a real pleasure to stay in such a charming place. It's a perfect distance from the town, with its small shops and tavernas. The terrace offers stunning views of the sea and mountains. The entire island is immersed in lush greenery, and olive trees and colorful flowers line the road. Sitting on the terrace, you can constantly breathe in the scent of herbs—rosemary and lavender. The house is beautifully decorated and superbly equipped with all the necessary accessories. A small beach is literally just a few steps away. It's the perfect place to relax, overlooking the turquoise sea and the sound of waves crashing against the rocks. Situated in the quaint village of Yioliskari Paxos, this three-level villa offers an idyllic retreat just a short stroll from the local taverna and a mere breath away from the sparkling sea. With its expansive 11.00x6.00 meters shared swimming pool, with a sun-soaked elevated terrace, and inviting outdoor furniture, Dionisis is the perfect haven for those seeking relaxation and leisure.

With air-conditioning gracing its bedrooms, Dionisis comfortably accommodates up to four guests in two elegantly appointed and a/c bedrooms. The first one which is the master bedroom nestles on the upper level, it boasts its own on-suite bathroom/shower, and it is accessible via a staircase.

The second one, located on the lower level, is a twin with a/c and an on-suite bathroom/shower, and it is accessible from the ground floor via a second staircase.

This private residence spans 60 square meters of meticulously designed living space, nestled within 3500 square meters of picturesque grounds, making it an ideal escape for nature enthusiasts. The property boasts a well-maintained garden, offering children a delightful space to explore and play.

General Information

Gaios is the capital of Paxos Island and the largest port, serving large ferries, hydrofoils and sea taxis from Corfu and Igoumenitsa.

As the largest town on the island, Gaios is relatively small and quaint, with Venetian architecture, a labyrinth of side streets, and pedestrian squares along the seafront. Restaurants and snack bars are scattered throughout the town, catering to all tastes and demands.

The surrounding olive groves offer a high standard of local Greek cuisine, a must-try for every visitor. Local amenities include a post office, banks, a chemist, a doctor's surgery, gift shops, a high school, jewellery and handmade craft shops, as well as supermarkets, bakeries, and butchers.

Gaios has a range of waterfront bars, ranging from quiet traditional coffee places to livelier bars playing a variety of music. Taxis are limited in number, and the bus service is regular, and it enables you to reach the resorts of Loggos and Lakka or smaller neighbourhoods.

Gaios is one of the most popular and cosmopolitan resorts in the Mediterranean. Hundreds of VIPs visit Gaios or reside in their private properties every summer, and finding a place to stay during the peak season can be challenging.
