Spanning two levels and fully air-conditioned, the villa welcomes you with an elegant entrance and a staircase leading to both floors. The lower level is dedicated to open-plan living, where the spacious lounge and dining area provide a comfortable space to unwind. The fully equipped kitchen ensures effortless meal preparation, while large patio doors frame stunning views of the countryside stretching down to the sea.

Upstairs, all three well-appointed bedrooms offer privacy and comfort. The master double features an en suite bathroom, while a second double and a twin room share a spacious shower room. Each bedroom boasts its own private balcony, with the double rooms overlooking the pristine pool area—perfect for enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

Outside, the beautifully maintained pool area offers a tranquil retreat, complete with comfortable sun loungers and parasols. A shaded dining terrace provides the perfect setting for al fresco meals, easily prepared on your private BBQ.

For your convenience, air conditioning in the bedrooms is included. If desired, the two lounge units are available at an additional charge of €10 per day for one unit or €15 for both.

Beautiful Villa

We were in Cyprus for a Wedding close to Meladeia and villa Ernica was perfect for us (2 couples), exceeded our expectations and we couldn't have asked for anything more. We enjoyed travelling around the Paphos/Polis area too and found the local people very hospitable and helpful and will definitely return in the future.

This villa exceeded our expectations

This villa exceeded our expectations. It was immaculate and the pool was perfect. The villa has a washing machine, dishwasher and iron. We cannot fault anything about our stay and would return without hesitation. The area is in a peaceful area with lovely sunset views. If staying here you would likely need a car and we would really recommend hiring a boat from Latchi, it was so much fun :) Thank you for a wonderful holiday :)
