A beautiful villa!! We had a great time here in June with mixed ages. The property was split into 3 buildings and the 2 out houses with double bedrooms and kitchenettes felt like little cottages they were beautiful. Stunning views on the hill. I would definitely recommend hiring a car to get to beaches and into the town for restaurants/shops etc. it was a very steep hill roughly 1km but wasn’t doable with a toddler, pregnant woman and parents who are almost 80yrs old. But thankyou so much we had a lovely time and hosts were very accommodating and replied quickly with any questions we had.

Villa Helona is a stone built estate located on the outskirts of Kassiopi (Kelia), with a private pool, stunning sea views and only a 10 – 15 minute walk to the centre of the village and local amenities.
This traditional rental property nestles in a very quiet area, it is fully air-conditioned and consists of three self-contained buildings: The main villa (Helona), which sleeps 6 persons and two individual stone cottages (Bab's Palace and Alan’s Palace) that can accommodate two persons each.

The main villa

The main door, which is just opposite the metal access gate, opens into a small hall, with alongside fully equipped kitchen, a lounge and dining area, and balcony doors to the front terrace. Next to the kitchen is set a family shower and a twin bedroom. The master bedroom is nicely placed at the back of the lounge, with an en-suite shower and a metal staircase on the outside, which lands on an attic with a double bed and a small side balcony.
The front roof terrace is fully furnished and overlooks the narrows between Corfu and Albania, all the way from the Italian coasts up to the South of Corfu Island. The views are stunning and the scenery over the olive grove is amazing.

Bab's Palace

This is a tranquil self-contained stone cottage, located on the front right of the main villa and consists of an open plan room with a small kitchenette, double bed, and a nicely decorated shower room. It is air-conditioned and on the outside features its own sitting facilities and relevant sea views.

Alan’s Palace

This is the second self-contained cottage, set at the back of the main villa and the pool, with a double bed, small kitchenette, shower room, and terrace overlooking the open sea and Albanian coasts. It is also air-conditioned and equipped with the necessary outside sitting facilities.
Both the cottages are accessed via stone paved pathways and a couple of stairs, in between lovely flowers and greenery.

The Pool and Terraces

The pool nestles at the front of the main villa, it is totally private and accessed via a small stone pathway. It is surrounded by large sunny terraces and faces East. The sea – due to its elevated position - looks as an extension to the pool, which also enjoys amazing sea and Albanian mountain views.

Pool Heating is also available at an extra cost. Minimun duration is 4 (four) nights, and only for the months of April, May and October.

As of 2025, the cost is 300 Euros per week. Please inquire if you are booking for the following years.

At the back of the pool is established a nice pergola with BBQ alongside and a circular large table underneath for dining al fresco.

There is a utility room underneath the pool with a washing machine for communal use.

General Information

Kassiopi is both a village and popular resort on the affluent, reknowned northeast coast of Corfu, 37 km from the Town and the Airport. Historically, a small traditional fishing village, the town itself has evolved with many luxury private villas ATM's, Doctors Surgeries, Internet Cafes and Supermarkets, local Schools and even a Greek Orthodox Church.

Self drive Motorboats, simple and easy to operate, are available daily to weekly, boats with up to 30bhp can be secured with a simple car driving licence. Daily Coach and Boat excursions begin from Kassiopi Harbour and can be booked by local travel agencies running all over the island.

The main road to the North runs through the edge of the town, and a loop takes buses to the village square, approx. 250 yards from the Harbour. There is a local taxi base running 24 hours a day. Both Kassiopi and its surrounding areas are considered very safe at all times of the day, appealing to both couples and families.
Larger Private Villas adorn the hillsides and outskirts of Kassiopi, where simple apartment accommodation can also be found within the town centre.

The resort is lively both day and night and is locally known as the town that never sleeps!
Kassiopi appeals to those looking for life, both nightlife and daytime fun along with those interested in uncovering local history and traditions. Teenagers, families, couples or groups of friends, who are looking for the typical traditional charm of the North East coast, will all be forever content with Kassiopi.

Kalamionas, Bataria, Votana and Avlaki are some of the fabulous nearby beaches, all within walking distance from the village’s centre and pretty Harbour awash with its colourful boats and fishing smacks bobbing upon the crystalline Ionian Sea.

the best week ever!

Me and 9 of my friends stayed here around the age of 21-24 and it was the best week ever! The views are incredible and it just has everything you could possibly need and more. It is definitely walkable down into town and there is some great pubs and restaurants for those who enjoy a few drinks :)) Overall we loved our stay and the host was amazing, would definitely stay again :)))

We would definitely go back

We stayed here as an adult family of ten , plenty of room , fantastic views and a beautiful villa . We would definitely go back. The walk into town was no problem for us (ages from 29-68) but coming back is very steep - ok for the younger members but oldies jumped in one of the plentiful taxis in town, all of whom knew the villa.
