Over the past 15 years, we have stayed at a number of the faniki owned villas. I am really torn to give a this review as I dont want to want to give make it too popular for us to return! Basically, this and the other villas located in the vicinity are close enough to walk to Latchi harbour restaurants ad entertainment. Latchi has to be one of our favourite places we have visited as it is peaceful and provides stunning views. The Ira was well equipped and provides all that is needed for a memorable family holiday.

One of the villa’s highlights is its expansive 14m x 7m private pool, where you can cool off while soaking in Cypriot sunshine. With Latchi less than 1km away, you can enjoy a leisurely stroll to the waterfront, explore the local tavernas, or simply take in the charming atmosphere of the marina.

Inside, the villa is bright, open, and spacious, spread across two floors. The ground floor features a comfortable lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area, perfect for relaxed meals together. Large patio doors flood the space with natural light, seamlessly connecting the indoors to the outdoor terraces. Also on this level is a spacious double bedroom, complete with an en-suite shower room.

Upstairs, you’ll find two well-appointed twin bedrooms, each with their own en-suite shower room and private balcony overlooking the shimmering bay—ideal for waking up to stunning Mediterranean views.

Step outside and discover the villa’s wonderful outdoor spaces. A spacious rear terrace provides the perfect setting for al fresco dining, while a short pathway lead to the inviting private pool area. Here, you’ll find sunbeds and parasols for ultimate relaxation, a shaded gazebo for cooling off with a drink, and a built-in BBQ, perfect for enjoying leisurely meals under the stars.

For your comfort, air conditioning is included in all bedrooms, while air conditioning in the lounge is available for €7 per day, payable locally.

We will definitely stay here again

Everything was perfect upon arrival the villa was clean. We reported there was a shortage of large drinking glasses within a couple of hours we were provided with them. We were there for 29 days, and the villa was cleaned on a regular basis, as was the bedding and towels. We will definitely stay here again and recommend this villa to family and friends.

Summer holiday stay at Ira Finiki Latchi

Great property located 1 minute from the beautiful seaside area of Latchi. A sprawling lush garden with Avocado trees, passion fruit and grapes gave a feeling of privacy and calmness. A huge pool was also in the garden and next to it a quaint kiosk area to offer shade from the Mediterranean sun. I would definitely recommend a stay if you are seeking relaxation and calmness.
