We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The villa has everything you need and more. The balcony is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, and the rooftop area is perfect for watching sunsets and sunrises - looking out at the sea on one side and the mountains on the other. The neighbourhood was quiet and felt safe. Parking the car on the driveway was also a great bonus. Within a short driving distance, there are plenty of great places to get your essentials and also to enjoy some local food. We feel very lucky to have booked this place for our stay, as the instructions were very clear and the place itself felt like home.

The open-plan ground floor is designed for comfort and convenience, featuring a modern corner sofa, a dining area, and a well-equipped compact kitchen. A guest WC is also available on this level. Two sets of patio doors open directly onto the pool area, allowing for seamless indoor-outdoor living. The mature, well-tended gardens offer a good sense of privacy, where you can unwind. Enjoy the sunshine with comfortable sunbeds and parasols, gather for alfresco dining using the portable BBQ in the shaded outdoor seating area.

Upstairs, the principal bedroom boasts its own en-suite bathroom and a private balcony overlooking the pool, with breathtaking sea views. A second double bedroom and a twin bedroom share a spacious family bathroom, ensuring ample space for all guests.

A real bonus of the villa is the stunning rooftop terrace, located on the top floor. With a cozy seating area, it is the perfect place to enjoy panoramic views, sip a glass of wine at sunset, or simply take in the peaceful surroundings.

For your comfort, air conditioning in the bedrooms is included at no extra cost, ensuring a cool and restful night’s sleep. Air conditioning in the lounge area is available for an additional charge of €14 per day, payable locally.

Polis is a vibrant and welcoming town, known for its quaint cobbled square that comes alive in the evenings with lively cafés, tavernas, and local entertainment. Polis Cyprus or Polis Chrysochous is located North West of the region of Pafos at a 30 minute distance from the town of Pafos Cyprus, 45 minutes from Cyprus Pafos airport and less than 2 hours away from Cyprus Larnaca airport.
