Villa Kadith is an exceptional modern house, centrally located in the cosmopolitan Agios Gordis, on the west side of Corfu island, just a few metres from the beach. It has a private pool, air-conditioned bedrooms, and great outdoor areas, right next to the local amenities.
The house is easily accessible from the village’s main road, in a cosmopolitan neighbourhood with hotels and luxury properties, it overlooks the towering cliffs that characterize the area and is really spacious for a family of four persons who would wish to enjoy a holiday in an idyllic resort.

Layout

The private gate opens onto a courtyard with a small staircase that leads to the covered terrace of the main entrance.
This one leads into a charming and tastefully decorated living room, with an alongside fully equipped kitchen. Both are supported by a cooling fan.
Behind the living room, through a small corridor, there is a twin bedroom with a side utility room and - right across - a family shower room with the master bedroom next to it.

Pool and Terraces

In the front of the house, the beautiful covered terrace is furnished appropriately with a table and chairs while, just opposite, there is an amazing gazebo with built-in BBQ and all the dining facilities for dining al fresco.
To the terrace’s right is located the sunny private pool with wooden surroundings and decking and the sound of the sea reaching occupants’ ears.

The Location

Staying in this charming villa there is no need for a hired car, as everything is just a few steps away. The surrounding landscape gives the impression of staying in a mountainous resort, due to the windswept rocks that surround it, but the salt of the nearby sea immediately dispels this feeling and creates the need for any visitor just to dive once more into the deep water right on his doorstep.
Villa Kadith is definitely the right choice for a memorable and relaxing holiday.

We highly recommend this place!

The villa was exactly as described, and our host took incredible care of us from the moment we arrived. They even generously cooked a meal for us and stocked the fridge with some very welcome supplies! The location is fantastic, so close to the beach, local supermarkets, and car rental agencies. We also used the airport taxi service recommended on Airbnb, which worked out perfectly. The villa itself was exceptionally clean, tidy, and offered plenty of privacy. Best of all, the pool and jacuzzi were a massive hit with the kids! We highly recommend this place!

Just Fabulous

Ive just returned from an absolutely wonderful week at Villa Kadith, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The villa was so exceptional that we hardly wanted to leave throughout our stay.From the moment we arrived, Katerina made us feel incredibly welcome. She had prepared a traditional homemade Greek meal, Pastitsada, which was absolutely delicious and every bit as good as the meals we enjoyed in the restaurants of Agios Gordios. During our stay, she also brought us fresh sea bream, which we cooked on the fantastic barbecue in the villas superb outdoor kitchena real highlight of our holiday. The villa itself is outstanding and equipped with everything you could possibly need, and much more besides. On arrival, the fridge was generously stocked with beer, wine, cheese, fresh vegetables, and many other essentials. Fresh bread, cakes, and other thoughtful provisions were also provided, making us feel at home from the very beginning. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable, while every part of the villa reflected the care and attention that Katerina and her husband have invested in creating such a special place. We genuinely felt like valued guests rather than just visitors. Their kindness, generosity, and attention to detail made our holiday truly memorable. A heartfelt thank you to Katerina and her husband for making our stay so special. We wouldnt hesitate to return, and Im certain well be back in the future. Villa Kadith is a true gem, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable holiday.

This accommodation was the perfect choice

Diese Unterkunft war für uns die perfekte Wahl auf Korfu. Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar und für uns einer der schönsten Strände der Insel, die man ohne Wander- oder Klettererfahrung erreichen kann. Die Sonnenuntergänge dort waren einfach traumhaft und die Restaurants in der Bucht haben die Lage perfekt gemacht.Die Gastgeberin war außergewöhnlich herzlich und aufmerksam. Bei unserer Ankunft erwarteten uns authentische lokale Speisen sowie ein gefüllter Kühlschrank mit Getränken, Eiern, Brot, Obst und Gemüse – eine Gastfreundschaft, die wir so noch nicht erlebt haben.Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft. Alles war makellos gepflegt. Der schöne Bergblick, der Privatparkplatz und die Outdoor-Küche haben den Aufenthalt zusätzlich aufgewertet. Man fühlt sich hier nicht wie in einer Ferienunterkunft, sondern wie zu Hause.Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Matratzen im Einzelzimmer waren etwas hart. Trotzdem haben wir sehr gut geschlafen. Everything was impeccably maintained. The beautiful mountain view and the private parking area were also highlights. The outdoor kitchens really enhanced our stay. You don&#39;t feel like you&#39;re in a holiday rental here, but rather like you&#39;re at home. The only minor criticism was that the mattresses in the single room were a bit hard. Nevertheless, we slept very well.)
