Villa Kerastis is on two floors, is fully air-conditioned (with a small local charge for the lounge aircon: 10 Euro per day per unit, 15 Euro for the two units per day)), and has a 9.0x4.5 metres private swimming pool with outside furniture.

The pool is easily accessible from the villa through a few steps. The villa is ideal for a family or friends looking for a spacious, comfortable, private holiday rental villa to spend time in well-managed accommodation.

Layout
It resides in 200 square metres of space. The upper floor has a double bedroom with an en-suite bath, another double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom. The ground floor has a lounge, a kitchen and a diner.

French doors open onto a large pool terrace with panoramic and distant sea views.
