Villa Kiki is a charming village house located in a serene area of St. Spyridon surrounded by olive trees and recently fully renovated. Nestled 350 meters from the sandy St. Spyridon beach and the Antinioti Lagoon Nature Reserve, the villa boasts a delightful private garden and balconies with tranquil rural views.

Designed with a single floor, Villa Kiki can comfortably accommodate up to five people (four adults and one child) and is ideal for families seeking a peaceful retreat close to the beach and nearby amenities. It is also a perfect choice for those who enjoy hiking, snorkelling, or exploring the unique flora and fauna around the lagoon.

The main entrance leads to a cosy modern living room, which opens to a front balcony with seating and dining facilities. The fully equipped kitchen features a dining area, fridge-freezer, cooking equipment, and a back door that opens to another patio: two bedrooms, one double and one twin, and a spacious family shower room.

Family-run traditional tavernas are conveniently located just a few 600 metres away, and the nearest supermarket is 200 meters away. The beach, perfect for children with fine sand and protected from waves, is only 600 meters away.

Agios Spiridon is a small coastal neighbourhood, an extension of Perithia village and consists of two beautiful sandy bays overlooking the mysterious Albanian Mountain Ranges. The esteemed North Corfu’s Nature Reserve lies in this area and a visit is highly recommended. For those seeking a quiet relaxing holiday, Agios Spiridon is ideal with nearby botanic trails and eminent Birdwatching making it a perfect spot for Nature enthusiasts.
Both the bays are very popular due to the fine sandy beaches and can become crowded over weekends in the high season, but a ideal spot can always be found. A truly super spot for families with the larger resorts of Kassiopi and Acharavi just a short drive away.

lovely stay

we had a lovely stay, no issues. The provided facilities were great including a great barbecue and outdoor shower. House was clean and well maintained and there were lots of clear institutions. Lovely location within walking distance of a few great beaches and shops.

A very nice little villa

sehr schöne kleine Villa auf einem grünen Grundstück. Die Einrichtung insbesondere die Küchenausstattung war super.Gute Atmosphäre, ca. 900 m zum Strand. (EN: A very nice little villa on a green plot. The furnishings, especially the kitchen equipment, were excellent. A pleasant atmosphere, about 900 m from the beach.)

We highly recommend this rental!!!

Notre séjour dans la villa Kiki fut excellent. La villa est très fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. Il y a une place de parking à l'entrée de la villa, le terrain est entièrement clôturé. La terrasse ombragée nous a permis de prendre tous nos repas en extérieur. Chaque fenêtre est équipée d'une moustiquaire et la climatisation dans les chambres et le salon est très appréciable. Une plage avec une restaurant et un mini market se trouve à 2mn en voiture. Durant notre séjour de 2 semaines nous avons bénéficié de temps de ménage, fait par une charmante personne très discrète, avec remplacement des serviettes et des draps! Nous recommandons vivement cette location!!! (EN: Our stay at Villa Kiki was excellent. The villa is very functional and very well equipped. There is a parking space at the entrance to the villa, and the grounds are fully fenced. The shaded terrace allowed us to eat all our meals outside. Each window is equipped with a mosquito net, and the air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room is very pleasant. A beach with a restaurant and a mini market is a 2-minute drive away. During our 2-week stay, we benefited from cleaning time, done by a charming and very discreet person, with replacement of towels and sheets! We highly recommend this rental!!!)
