Ein schönes gemütliches Haus, mit einem tollen Garten. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zum Strand sind es 900 Meter. Kiki war sehr nett und freundlich und hat die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche nach einer Woche gewechselt. Wir liebten die Terrassen um dort zu sitzen, unter den tollen Olivenbäumen. Nestled 350 meters from the sandy St. Spyridon beach and the Antinioti Lagoon Nature Reserve, the villa boasts a delightful private garden and balconies with tranquil rural views.

Designed with a single floor, Villa Kiki can comfortably accommodate up to five people (four adults and one child) and is ideal for families seeking a peaceful retreat close to the beach and nearby amenities. It is also a perfect choice for those who enjoy hiking, snorkelling, or exploring the unique flora and fauna around the lagoon.

The main entrance leads to a cosy modern living room, which opens to a front balcony with seating and dining facilities. The fully equipped kitchen features a dining area, fridge-freezer, cooking equipment, and a back door that opens to another patio: two bedrooms, one double and one twin, and a spacious family shower room.

Family-run traditional tavernas are conveniently located just a few 600 metres away, and the nearest supermarket is 200 meters away. The beach, perfect for children with fine sand and protected from waves, is only 600 meters away.
