Nestled in the serene area of Gaios, Paxos, Villa Kyklamino offers a tranquil getaway just a short stroll from Kamini Beach and a brief drive from local tavernas, with a cozy pool and sunny terraces

This charming single-level residence spans 120 square meters, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. Surrounded by 1,500 square meters of lush gardens, the villa boasts breathtaking sea, sunrise, and countryside views.

The villa features three air-conditioned bedrooms: one double and two twin bedrooms, perfect for families or groups sharing in between two family showers/wc. The open-plan airy living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy lounge, and a dining space.

Outdoors, guests can relax by the 9.5m x 4m private swimming pool with built-in steps, a children’s plunge pool, and a sunny terrace with comfortable furniture. A built-in barbecue and ample garden space make it ideal for outdoor dining and relaxation.

The pool area is accessed from the main house via a stone staircase.

Location

General Information

Gaios is the capital of Paxos Island and the largest port, serving large ferries, hydrofoils and sea taxis from Corfu and Igoumenitsa.

As the largest town on the island, Gaios is relatively small and quaint, with Venetian architecture, a labyrinth of side streets, and pedestrian squares along the seafront. Restaurants and snack bars are scattered throughout the town, catering to all tastes and demands.

The surrounding olive groves offer a high standard of local Greek cuisine, a must-try for every visitor. Local amenities include a post office, banks, a chemist, a doctor's surgery, gift shops, a high school, jewellery and handmade craft shops, as well as supermarkets, bakeries, and butchers.

Gaios has a range of waterfront bars, ranging from quiet traditional coffee places to livelier bars playing a variety of music. Taxis are limited in number, and the bus service is regular, and it enables you to reach the resorts of Loggos and Lakka or smaller neighbourhoods.

Gaios is one of the most popular and cosmopolitan resorts in the Mediterranean. Hundreds of VIPs visit Gaios or reside in their private properties every summer, and finding a place to stay during the peak season can be challenging.

Beautiful very well maintained villa in a stunning location

Beautiful very well maintained villa in a stunning location. Friendly villa owner. The villa has an amazing garden, lots of flowers, plants and fruit trees. Walkable into town even if slightly up hill on the way back, we didn't rent a car and could have had our first big shop delivered by the supermarket. Local town had plenty of shops and tavernas. Good snorkeling beach very close by. Would highly recommend.

Everything is perfect!
