Renia’s villa is fabulous. Pool a lifesaver! Can walk to Gaios but it is a good 20mins. The town is lovely with great restaurants and bars. We chose not to rent a car, but perhaps should have. In spite of there being only 5 taxis on the island, the drivers were very helpful and one was available whenever we needed it. Small boat hire was easy and a good idea. Explored the coastline and had lovely lunch in Lakka. Boat trip to AntiPaxos a must - sandy beach!!! Supermarket delivered to the villa which was great!(Take swim shoes)

This charming single-level residence spans 120 square meters, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. Surrounded by 1,500 square meters of lush gardens, the villa boasts breathtaking sea, sunrise, and countryside views.

The villa features three air-conditioned bedrooms: one double and two twin bedrooms, perfect for families or groups sharing in between two family showers/wc. The open-plan airy living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy lounge, and a dining space.

Outdoors, guests can relax by the 9.5m x 4m private swimming pool with built-in steps, a children’s plunge pool, and a sunny terrace with comfortable furniture. A built-in barbecue and ample garden space make it ideal for outdoor dining and relaxation.

The pool area is accessed from the main house via a stone staircase.

With a peaceful location, easy access to nearby beaches, and attentive owner support, Villa Kyklamino is the perfect retreat for a memorable island escape.

General Information

Gaios is the capital of Paxos Island and the largest port, serving large ferries, hydrofoils and sea taxis from Corfu and Igoumenitsa.

As the largest town on the island, Gaios is relatively small and quaint, with Venetian architecture, a labyrinth of side streets, and pedestrian squares along the seafront. Restaurants and snack bars are scattered throughout the town, catering to all tastes and demands.

The surrounding olive groves offer a high standard of local Greek cuisine, a must-try for every visitor. Local amenities include a post office, banks, a chemist, a doctor's surgery, gift shops, a high school, jewellery and handmade craft shops, as well as supermarkets, bakeries, and butchers.

Gaios has a range of waterfront bars, ranging from quiet traditional coffee places to livelier bars playing a variety of music. Taxis are limited in number, and the bus service is regular, and it enables you to reach the resorts of Loggos and Lakka or smaller neighbourhoods.

Gaios is one of the most popular and cosmopolitan resorts in the Mediterranean. Hundreds of VIPs visit Gaios or reside in their private properties every summer, and finding a place to stay during the peak season can be challenging.
