Great property with close proximity to walk into Latchi. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

One of the villa’s standout features is the 12m x 6m private pool, where you can take a refreshing swim while enjoying the peaceful Mediterranean backdrop. Just under 1km from Latchi, the villa’s location allows for a leisurely stroll to the waterfront, where you can explore charming tavernas, relax in a café, or watch the boats go by at the marina.

Inside, the villa is designed with an open, airy layout, spread over two floors. The ground floor boasts a stylish lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area, perfect for enjoying home-cooked meals. Patio doors in the lounge and dining area, seamlessly connect the indoors with the outdoor terraces. Also on this level is a comfortable double bedroom with an en-suite shower room (adapted for wheelchair users).

Upstairs, the villa offers even more space with three beautifully designed bedrooms—one double and two twins—each featuring an en-suite shower room and private balcony with stunning bay views. The four bedrooms makes this villa an excellent choice for larger groups or families travelling together.

Lovely Latchi, a jewel of a resort on the west coast of Cyprus conveniently situated half an hour outside of the city of Paphos.

Highly recommended!

wij konden heerlijk uitrusten in deze grote villa met eigen boomgaard en zwembad. het ligt heel rustig en privé, maar bent toch zo op het strand. ik wilde helemaal niet naar huis. veel verschillende wandelingen en kloven in de buurt en Latchi (1km) is erg dichtbij voor boodschappen, restaurants en zee. Aanrader! (EN: We were able to relax wonderfully in this large villa with its own orchard and swimming pool. It is situated in a very quiet and private location, yet you are on the beach in no time. I didn't want to go home at all. There are many different walks and gorges nearby, and Latchi (1km) is very close for groceries, restaurants, and the sea. Highly recommended!)

excellent villa

excellent villa, very quiet and peaceful and friendly area. the villa is beautiful and has everything you could need. the restaurant's and shops are easily walkable and next to the harbour, it was only 20 euros for a boat trip to the blue lagoon. this was a good choice for us
