One of the villa’s standout features is the 12m x 6m private pool, where you can take a refreshing swim while enjoying the peaceful Mediterranean backdrop. Just under 1km from Latchi, the villa’s location allows for a leisurely stroll to the waterfront, where you can explore charming tavernas, relax in a café, or watch the boats go by at the marina.

Inside, the villa is designed with an open, airy layout, spread over two floors. The ground floor boasts a stylish lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area, perfect for enjoying home-cooked meals. Patio doors in the lounge and dining area, seamlessly connect the indoors with the outdoor terraces. Also on this level is a comfortable double bedroom with an en-suite shower room (adapted for wheelchair users).

Upstairs, the villa offers even more space with three beautifully designed bedrooms—one double and two twins—each featuring an en-suite shower room and private balcony with stunning bay views. The four bedrooms makes this villa an excellent choice for larger groups or families travelling together.

Step outside and embrace the villa’s fantastic outdoor spaces. The private pool area, with sunbeds and parasols for ultimate relaxation, a shaded gazebo to enjoy a cool drink, a built-in BBQ—ideal for cooking up a feast under the stars and outside dining facilities.
