Villa Margini 1 is one of two recently built contemporary villas ideally located near the sea, just a leisurely 10-minute walk along the coastal road to Kalkan’s atmospheric old town and harbour. Offering modern comfort and style, this villa accommodates up to six guests across three beautifully appointed air-conditioned bedrooms, featuring an infinity pool with panoramic sea views, multiple outdoor seating areas, and easy access to the beach.

Perched on a hillside, the villa is accessed from the parking area via a staircase—a small effort that is richly rewarded by breath-taking, dreamlike vistas. Spread across two levels, Villa Margini 1 can also be rented alongside its sister property, Villa Margini 2, for larger groups or families.

Ground Floor

The ground floor offers a light-filled, open-plan living space. A fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into the spacious dining and lounge area. Two sets of floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors flood the space with natural light, provide direct access to the pool terrace, and frame stunning views of the sea and Kalkan’s bay.

Bedroom 1: Located on the ground floor, this twin bedroom features an en-suite bathroom. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open to a garden area with direct access to the pool terrace.

First Floor

A marble staircase leads to the upper level, which houses two en-suite bedrooms and a large balcony with uninterrupted views.

Bedroom 2 (Master): A double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open onto a private furnished balcony with panoramic sea views.

Bedroom 3: A double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Glass doors lead to a private balcony offering partial sea views.

Outdoor Space

The villa’s terraces are designed to maximise the spectacular bay views. A shaded pergola on the terrace features an al-fresco dining table for six. Five steps lead down to the private infinity pool (4 x 12 m), surrounded by sun loungers, parasols, and a cushioned swing seat—perfect for unwinding after a refreshing swim.
