Inside, the villa features an open-plan living space with a cosy lounge, dining area, and a well-equipped country-style kitchen—ideal for relaxed holiday living.

Patio doors open from the lounge onto a shaded outdoor dining terrace, where you can enjoy meals overlooking the private pool and the sparkling coastline beyond.

The villa includes three air-conditioned bedrooms: a corridor leads to 2 twin bedrooms both with patio doors and access to the front terrace or private rear terrace and share a family bathroom. Door from the living area lead to the master bedroom, a double with comfy sofa area, TV and Patio doors leading to the terrace.

Outside, the grounds are tranquil and lush, with hedges and lawn and dotted with impressive palm trees, creating your own oasis. The inviting pool is easily accessed via steps, making it suitable for guests of all ages. Spend your days lounging in the sun, floating in the water, enjoying a game of pool, or firing up the built-in BBQ for an alfresco feast.

Latchi is nearby and offers a beautiful marina, excellent restaurants and bars, and a variety of water sports for all levels of experience. The nearby town of Polis is just a short drive away, offering supermarkets, banks, and everything you might need for a comfortable villa holiday.

*Air conditioning is available in the kitchen/lounge area at an additional cost, payable locally, of 10euro per day.

Lovely Latchi, a jewel of a resort on the west coast of Cyprus conveniently situated half an hour outside of the city of Paphos.
It's the only place on the Island, where the visitors can enjoy the beauty of both: the mountain of the Akamas Peninsula and sea!

The perfect quiet holiday retreat

The villa was perfect for 4 adults. Quiet location. Air conditioning in all bedrooms. Nearest shop and beach approx 25 min walk. Villa rep extremely helpful as was local contact/cleaner. Any problems were dealt with very quickly. Would definitely recommend the villa and quiet location.

Beautiful, everything was perfect!

Wunderschön einfach alles perfekt! Alles! Extrem schöne Unterkunft. Super weitläufig, super gepflegt, super ausgestattet. Der Gastgeber war super engagiert hat sich um alle Probleme SOFORT gekümmert und wenn notwendig umgehend für Ersatz gesorgt - wirklich hervorragend. Alle 3 Tage würde die Villa gesäubert. Der Pool ist super groß, der Garten ebenfalls ubd beides sehr gepflegt. Badezimmer ausreichend groß und sehr sauber. Zimmer groß und alle mit Klimaanlage. Küche top ausgestattet. Internet lief super. Es gibt einen tollen Grill und sogar einen Billiardtisch. Wir haben wirklich überhaupt nichts auszusetzen. Ευχαριστώ πολύ!!! Alles perfekt! (EN: Beautiful, everything was perfect! Everything! Extremely nice accommodation. Super spacious, super well maintained, super equipped. The host was super committed, took care of all problems IMMEDIATELY and, if necessary, provided replacements immediately - really excellent. The villa was cleaned every 3 days. The pool is super big, the garden too, and both are very well maintained. Bathrooms are big enough and very clean. Rooms are big and all have air conditioning. Kitchen is well equipped. Internet worked great. There is a great grill and even a pool table. We really have nothing to complain about. Ευχαριστώ πολύ!!! Everything was perfect!)
