What an absolutely wonderful property with great facilities and extremely comfortable. Most days the owners of the property left delicious pastries and goodies for us to enjoy. There is absolutely nothing that the owners wouldnt do to make your stay enjoyable. They were the most delightful and helpful people. They even left cake and Prosecco for us to celebrate my wifes birthday which was totally unexpected but a beautiful gesture. The property was cleaned regularly with frequent towel and bedding changes.

Villa Νatilia is a modern two-storey house in Sgombou, 5 minutes from Gouvia, 22 minutes from Corfu airport, with a sunny pool (8m X 4m), beautiful gardens and unobstructed sea and bay views.

The property is located in an olive grove, in a quiet area, away from it all. It is spacious enough for a family or group of five (5) people, accommodating three (3) air-conditioned bedrooms and two (2) bathrooms.
There is also the possibility of sleeping two (2) more guests on two comfortable sofas on request.

Layout

A small staircase ends on a covered balcony and the house main entrance, opening onto an open-plan space on the ground floor, with a dining area, living room, and fully equipped kitchen and a side shower / WC room.

Sliding doors connect this space with a lovely front balcony with the necessary furniture for extra relaxation.

An internal marble staircase lands on the upper floor, which features a twin, a single and the main bedroom that shares a modern shower / WC room.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned and enjoy a large front balcony with unsurpassed sea views and views of the islets of Vido and Lazareto at the town port entrance.

BBQ, Pool and Gardens

The ground floor side balcony has beautiful dining furnishing and an adjacent BBQ and opens onto the garden and the sunny pool. This space is where guests will spend most of the time dining al fresco and relaxing.

The pool terraces facing the surrounding countryside have sun loungers, umbrellas and all the facilities for a stunning suntan.

The Location

This fantastic house is off the main road, in an olive grove of the pristine Corfu countryside. It is ideal for guests seeking a holiday in absolute tranquillity, away from it all, and as close to amenities as needed. Dasia, Gouvia, Ipsos, and Komeno bay resorts are only a short drive away, should a fancy night out become an evening wish.

We highly recommend this place

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Villa Natilia! The place was so clean upon arrival and it was also cleaned everyday, which we did not expect! Homemade baked goods were also waiting for us every morning which were delicious! You’ll definitely need a car to access the villa but the views and the place itself was worth it for us! The caretakers (or the owners?) who lived next door were so so friendly! There is nothing bad we can say about this place. It is family friendly, there was a cot already set up in one of the rooms and a high chair was also provided. We highly recommend this place. Thank you so much!

A perfect stay

Séjour parfait au sein de la Villa Natilia ! La maison est luxueuse, (encore bien plus belle en vrai que sur les photos !), d’une propreté irréprochable, et est équipée d’une literie confortable et d’une belle piscine bien orientée (baignée de soleil toute l’après-midi).Le quartier est idéal (tout près de Corfou avec toutes les commodités à proximité), et la maison est nichée tout en haut d’une ruelle, dans un environnement paisible offrant une vue absolument magnifique sur les paysages alentours et sur la mer.Les propriétaires ont été aux petits soins pour nous : à notre arrivée, le frigo était rempli de quoi petit-déjeuner (confiture, jus de fruits, fruits, gâteau), et ils nous ont ravitaillées de gâteau quotidiennement.Nous nous sommes vraiment senties privilégiées, et espérons avoir la chance de pouvoir un jour revenir à la Villa Natilia ! (EN: A perfect stay at Villa Natilia! The house is luxurious (even more beautiful in person than in the photos!), impeccably clean, and equipped with comfortable bedding and a lovely, well-positioned swimming pool (bathed in sunshine all afternoon). The neighborhood is ideal (very close to Corfu with all amenities nearby), and the house is nestled at the top of a small alley, in a peaceful setting offering absolutely magnificent views of the surrounding landscapes and the sea. The owners went out of their way to make us feel welcome: upon our arrival, the fridge was stocked with breakfast essentials (jam, fruit juice, fruit, cake), and they refilled it with cake daily. Schner Wochenend-Trip nach Korfu

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Natalia auf Korfu war rundum gelungen. Die Sauberkeit im Haus war hervorragend und wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefhlt. Besonders der Pool war ein echtes Highlight und hat den Urlaub perfekt gemacht. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend mit netter Nachbarschaft ideal zum Entspannen und Abschalten.Die Gastgeber waren auergewhnlich freundlich und aufmerksam. Fast tglich stand eine kleine berraschung vor unserer Tr, zum Beispiel Pancakes, Kuchen oder Berliner eine wirklich liebevolle Geste, die unseren Aufenthalt noch besonderer gemacht hat.Insgesamt war es ein entspannter und gelungener Kurzurlaub. Die Unterkunft knnen wir definitiv weiterempfehlen. Ein Mietwagen ist allerdings sehr empfehlenswert, da die Villa etwas abgelegen liegt und Uber bzw. Taxis auf Korfu recht teuer sind. However, a rental car is highly recommended, as the villa is somewhat secluded, and Uber and taxis are quite expensive in Corfu.)
