Lovely villa close to Gaios with everything you need. Clean, new and spacious for a family. Outside terrace is large with amazing views! A car is a necessity to make your way around the island. Overall and excellent property!

Villa Plagia is a New Paxos Villa, set all on one level in the village of Ieromonachos Gaios Paxos, close to local tavernas about 1700m from Gaios Beach about 1500m from the sea, 2 minutes from the Paxos port.
The villa is fully air-conditioned. It sleeps up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms. There is, however, a possibility to accommodate one extra adult on request.

Layout
It resides in 94 square metres of space, surrounded by 2000 square metres of grounds.
There is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower, a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower, a lounge, a kitchen, a diner and a family WC.

Bedrooms and sleeping arrangements:
- Bedroom 1: sleep two adults on a double bed
- Bedroom 2: sleep two adults on twin beds
- One adult on the sofa bed in the lounge

The property is in the middle of an olive grove, has a garden and is ideal for children.

Location

General Information

Gaios is the capital of Paxos Island and the largest port, serving large ferries, hydrofoils and sea taxis from Corfu and Igoumenitsa.

As the largest town on the island, Gaios is relatively small and quaint, with Venetian architecture, a labyrinth of side streets, and pedestrian squares along the seafront. Restaurants and snack bars are scattered throughout the town, catering to all tastes and demands.

The surrounding olive groves offer a high standard of local Greek cuisine, a must-try for every visitor. Local amenities include a post office, banks, a chemist, a doctor's surgery, gift shops, a high school, jewellery and handmade craft shops, as well as supermarkets, bakeries, and butchers.

Gaios has a range of waterfront bars, ranging from quiet traditional coffee places to livelier bars playing a variety of music. Taxis are limited in number, and the bus service is regular, and it enables you to reach the resorts of Loggos and Lakka or smaller neighbourhoods.

Gaios is one of the most popular and cosmopolitan resorts in the Mediterranean. Hundreds of VIPs visit Gaios or reside in their private properties every summer, and finding a place to stay during the peak season can be challenging.

A large terrace with a gorgeous view

Vila este foartesi spatioasa, perfecta pentru 4 persoane. Terasa e mare si are o priveliste superba. E situata intr-o zona linistita, printre maslini, un pic retrasa de la drum, ceea ce pentru noi a fost un mare plus. Am putut parca destul de aproape, chiar inainte de aleea care duce spre curte – locul nu e amenajat special, dar a fost ok. - (EN: The villa is very spacious, perfect for 4 people. The terrace is large and has a great view. It is located in a quiet area, among olive trees, a little bit set back from the road, which was a big plus for us. We were able to park quite close, just before the alley leading to the courtyard – the place is not specially arranged, but it was ok.)

Little Paradise

The house is new, when we entered it was spotlessly clean, and the terrace with the view of Gaio is wonderful! We are a family of four and it was very comfortable. The kitchen is complete, if someone wanted to cook it was very well equipped. Also, when we arrived there were two bottles of water in the fridge. Small detail that made a big difference for us on such a hot day!
