Villa Purity is an imposing villa, part of BF Limni Sandy-beach Villas complex, and it is located between Argaka and Polis Chrysochous, near a secluded private sandy beach. It is a luxury retreat where occupants can enjoy the ultimate comfort of a modern home away from home.

In addition to the absolute comfort and luxury, the property offers a sunny pool (4 X 8 m.), beautiful gardens, a sauna, and an exercising space with table tennis. Information on options for hiking along the private beach is available nearby.

Layout

Villa Purity extends on 3 levels and consists of three air-conditioned bedrooms and three bathrooms.

A modern lounge welcomes guests on entering the property, exquisitely decorated throughout, and opens onto a furnished terrace over the pool. Internal stairs connect this space with the upper level and the basement, where a sauna is housed and a shower.

The fully equipped kitchen has elegant marble worktops and is easily accessible from both indoor and outdoor areas.

The air-conditioned bedrooms consist of two doubles and one twin, while all three offer private en-suite bathrooms with showers.

In addition to the ground floor terrace, there is a second balcony on the upper floor, nicely furnished, which offers partial sea views over the bay of Chrysochous. Pool and Terraces

The pool (4 X 8 m.), which nestles at the front of the Villa is surrounded by sun terraces and is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. Alongside the pool, an external shower has also been fitted for extra comfort.

The Location

In front of the villa, a small cemented path leads to a beautiful private beach with free sunbeds and opportunities for fishing, hiking, or admiring sea turtles that nest on this beach and lay their eggs. Ideal for nature enthusiasts.

General Information

Argaka is situated on the coast, just 7kms north of Polis, NW Cyprus. Famous for its magnificent sunsets and warm hospitality, Argaka is certainly the place to be, where the greek word filoxenia combines both hospitality and stranger!
Argaka is a small traditional Cypriot farming village, built along a ridge with magnificent views of the sea. Its location makes it the ideal place to just sit back and relax taking in the unforgettable scenery.
Dating back hundreds of years, the village is said to exist in medieval times. East of the village lies the restored church of Agia Varva which belonged to the Jerusalem Patriarchate and functioned until 1821.
The settlement of Argaka has two parts. There is Pano Argaka (Upper) and Kato Argaka (Lower). Upper Argaka represents the old settlement while Lower Argaka, which followed the Polis – Pomos – Nicosia road, is the new, linear-type settlement. The houses of the old settlement are mostly traditional, made with hewed limestone or with igneous pebbles. Because of the stream that crosses it (known as the River of Argaka), of the slope upon which it is built, and of the road through which it connects with the new settlement by the sea, the settlement of Argaka can be characterized as a relatively sparsely structured one.
The village features a selection of shops, supermarkets and banks, to satisfy all visitor's needs while on holiday.
Argaka has several dams where fishing may be possible. This part of the island is very fertile and has an abundance of fruit trees including figs, grapes, prickly pears, apples, oranges and lemons.

We love the location, and the villas have everything you need.

Over the last few years we have stayed at 3 of the villas on this development, depending on availability. We love the location, and the villas have everything you need. We have given the owners feedback on some minor improvements that would benefit Villa Purity, but we would happily stay there again.
