Villa Salina is a stunning modern retreat set in the peaceful village of Meladeia, just a short 10-minute drive from the beach. With its sleek design, airy interiors, and soft neutral tones, this contemporary villa offers the perfect blend of style and comfort for a truly relaxing getaway.

Spanning two levels and fully air-conditioned, the villa features a bright and spacious open-plan living area on the lower floor. The stylish lounge and dining space are furnished with high-quality pieces, while the fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation effortless. Large patio doors flood the space with natural light and open onto breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, stretching all the way to the sea.

Upstairs, all three bedrooms provide a private sanctuary for rest and relaxation. The master double boasts its own en-suite bathroom, while the second double and twin share a large, modern shower room. Each bedroom has its own private balcony, with the double rooms offering picturesque views over the inviting pool area.

Step outside to discover a beautifully maintained outdoor space, complete with a private pool, comfortable sun loungers, and parasols. The shaded dining terrace is the perfect spot for al fresco meals, easily prepared on your own BBQ.

The traditional villages of Peristerona and Steni are also nearby, where you can experience the local hospitality. The larger town of Polis is a short drive away, where you will find all the amenities you need, such as supermarkets, banks and pharmacies, as well as a plethora of places to eat and drink.

For your convenience, air conditioning is included in the bedrooms. If needed, the two lounge units are available at an additional cost of €10 per day for one unit or €15 for both (as of 2025).

the most wonderful holiday

We had the most wonderful holiday staying at Villa Salina in Cyprus. We were blown away by the stunning layout of the house – spacious, beautifully designed interiors with loads of storage and luxurious comfort in every corner. The living spaces felt bright, open, and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. But the true magic of this villa lies outside. The terrace, private pool, and those breathtaking views – just wow! Watching the sunset over the hills dipping into the sea each evening was an experience we’ll never forget. It was peaceful, awe-inspiring, and absolutely picture-perfect. A huge part of what made our stay so special was our host, Katerina. She was incredibly warm, helpful, and responsive – always ready to assist and full of fantastic local recommendations going above and beyond to meet our every wish. In short, this place is a pure bliss in Cyprus! Thank you so much, dear Katerina!!

Echo comments made by others. Lovely clean villa with super swimming pool and views in a really peaceful environment. Definitely need a car even for local shopping and a fair distance from sightseeing.

We can recommend the house and would rent it again

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in der Villa mit tollen Sonnenuntergängen. Bei einem Aufenthalt, der über sieben Tage hinausgeht, werden die Handtücher getauscht und die Wohnung zwischen gereinigt. Ein toller Service!Darüber hinaus wird das Pool jeden Morgen gereinigt. Wir können das Haus empfehlen und würden es auch wieder mieten.Die Kommunikation mit Sofronios war einwandfrei.(EN We had a great holiday in the villa with great sunsets. For stays of more than seven days, the towels are changed and the apartment is cleaned between stays. A great service! In addition, the pool is cleaned every morning. We can recommend the house and would rent it again. Communication with Sofronios was perfect.)
