Accommodating up to eight guests, this modern retreat is set over two levels and is designed with comfort and style in mind. The ground floor features an open-plan lounge and dining area, tastefully decorated with a relaxed, modern aesthetic, which seamlessly connects to a fully equipped kitchen. Also on this level is a twin bedroom and an adjacent shower room—ideal for guests who prefer ground-floor accommodation.

A marble staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find three additional bedrooms. The principal bedroom is a spacious, dual-aspect double with its own en-suite bathroom complete with a Jacuzzi bath and access to a large balcony with sweeping valley views. Two further twin bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms, complete the upper floor. One of the twins also opens onto the shared balcony, making it perfect for families or friends holidaying together. A handy utility area is also located on this level for added convenience.

Step outside, and the magic of Villa Skouli truly comes to life. The expansive infinity pool, complete with a Jacuzzi section, appears to cascade over the edge of the grounds into the valley below—offering truly breathtaking views. Einwandfreie Kontaktaufnahme und wundervoller Pool-Ausblick

Der Ausblick vom Pool war einfach umwerfend und wir haben viele Stunde im Garten verbracht. Das Haus war alles in allem gut und die Kontaktaufnahme mit Sofronios war einwandfrei!(EN:)The outlook from the pool was simply stunning and we spent many hours in the garden.
