The lounge and dining spaces feature expansive bi-folding doors that, when opened, seamlessly merge the indoors with the pristine pool area, inviting the invigorating outdoor ambience into every corner of the home. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with an additional breakfast table, ensures that all your culinary needs are met for a flawless family getaway.

A corridor leads to three nicely furnished, air-conditioned bedrooms. The principal bedroom is a double featuring its own en-suite bathroom, while two inviting twin bedrooms share a well-appointed bathroom, providing both comfort and privacy, all bedrooms have the benefit of air conditioning, which is included in the price.

The outdoor living area is equally impressive, offering a haven for relaxation. Lovely Latchi,  a jewel of a resort on the west coast of Cyprus conveniently situated half an hour outside of the city of Paphos.
It's the only place on the Island, where the visitors can enjoy the beauty of both: the mountain of the Akamas Peninsula and sea!
Latchi offers an amazing choice of high-standard accommodation, like luxurious villas and apartments, and has a good selection of delicious fish restaurants along the marina, beach bars and cafeterias as well as supermarkets, souvenir and gift-shops.
There are additional facilities available, like rentals of cars and boats, mini-cruises, water sports, banks, everything a demanding visitor could ask for!
But above all, it offers the serenity and peace a proper heavenly get-away resort should have!

A wonderful stay from start to finish

A wonderful stay from start to finish. The apartment is spacious, bright, and well-equipped. The view from the property is beautiful, especially the sunsets. The large pool is a real highlight. We also appreciated the shaded garage parking. The host was welcoming and easy to communicate with. Several excellent beaches are just a short 10-minute drive away. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended place

a fantastic stay at this villa

We had a fantastic stay at this villa and would happily recommend it to others. The location was excellent, providing easy access to everything we needed while still offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.The villa itself was a great size and exactly as shown in the photos. It was clean, well-maintained, and had plenty of space. The pool was great—lovely, well-sized, and perfect for relaxing throughout our stay.The beds were very comfortable, the villa was equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was particularly well stocked, making it easy to prepare meals when we are in. We really appreciated the food and essentials provided for our arrival, especially with a late arrival. Check-in was straightforward, with clear directions provided beforehand, making it easy to find the property. The villa manager was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider returning in the future.

Highly recommended

The house is very comfortable and super clean. The location is perfect for those who seek a place to relax and enjoy nature. Everything about the house is as shown in the site so you won’t find any unpleasant surprises. My family was very comfortable and everyone enjoyed the house and its amenities. One of the best and cleanest houses I ever booked. Highly recommended

We had an amazing time

We had an amazing time here at villa sophia! The photos don’t do justice of how big the villa is and how big the pool is! It was amazing and we didn’t want to leave. We will 100% be booking to come back next year. Thanassis has been so kind, and helpful. When we arrived there was some food shopping for us, wine and flowers. So thoughtful. He also brought us a fresh melon from his sisters garden and it was delicious.100 percent we recommend!! Xx
