Comprising a main villa and a charming two-bedroom annex, the property boasts lush gardens, a private swimming pool, and an inviting inflatable Jacuzzi. Outdoor living spaces include expansive areas for relaxation and dining, all within a stone's throw of the serene Agios Nikolaos beach and the crystalline waters of Gouvia Bay.

The Main Villa:

Villa Spyrelia's main villa spans three levels, characterized by spacious living areas that offer both privacy and communal gathering spaces. Large windows and balcony doors flood the interiors with natural light and provide seamless access to the enchanting outdoor environment. The first level features a welcoming living room with a decorative fireplace, a luxurious dining room, a well-appointed kitchen with a cozy everyday dining table, a study room, and a convenient family WC. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and facilities. The first floor hosts a master bedroom with a spacious en suite bathroom, alongside a double and a twin bedroom with a shared, generously sized bathroom. Attached to the main villa, the annex is a delightful 2-bedroom apartment with its own independent entrance.
