Tucked away in a peaceful and private location, Villa Stavriella offers the perfect blend of seclusion and convenience, just a short walk from the vibrant, cosmopolitan resort of Latchi. This spacious villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests., complete with a private pool and breathtaking views of the countryside and sea.

A sweeping driveway welcomes you to the property, upon entry, five steps lead down to the open-plan living area, where windows flood the space with natural light and frame picturesque views of the pool and surrounding landscape.

The ground floor boasts two lounge areas, a generous dining space, a breakfast bar, and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for cooking and entertaining. A separate WC is also conveniently located on this level.

A marble staircase ascends to the first floor, where you’ll find three beautifully appointed bedrooms: a double bedroom with en suite, and two twin bedrooms that share a balcony and a family bathroom. On the top floor, the principal bedroom offers a tranquil retreat, complete with a double bed, en suite bathroom, patio doors, and a private balcony with stunning sea views. This floor also grants access to a vast balocny, where you can unwind on sun loungers or enjoy evening drinks while soaking in the panoramic sunset views.

All bedrooms feature air conditioning, included in your stay for maximum comfort. (Please note: air conditioning in the lounge is available at a local charge of €10 per day.)

Outdoors, the villa truly comes into its own. The inviting private pool—with both shallow and deep ends accessed by ladder—is perfect for cooling off under the Cypriot sun. The surrounding terrace features sunbeds, parasols, a built-in BBQ, and a charming al fresco dining area, ideal for leisurely meals and laid-back evenings under the stars.

Located within walking distance of Latchi, you’ll have easy access to a variety of restaurants, water sports, boat trips, and a picturesque marina. The nearby town of Polis offers larger supermarkets, essential amenities, and a lively town square brimming with quirky bars and charming tavernas that come to life after dark.

Excellent location

Wonderful villa for the whole family, good access to the port of Latchi. If you want to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the big city, this villa is perfect for you. You can grill all day long, in the meantime you take a dip in the pool or lie on a sun lounger. Paradise on Earth

We love it.

We love it. The swimmingpool was so close and for us it was very important. 4 bedroom was exelent. The house are big and there was everything what we need.
