Villa Stavriella is located in the quiet countryside, amongst beautiful gardens, and within easy walking distance from Cosmopolitan Latchi – Cyprus. It offers a private sunny pool (8 X 4 m), stunning sea and sunset views, and it is amply spacious for a family or party of eight (8) persons, who can be accommodated in four air-conditioned bedrooms spread over 3 levels.

Layout
From the main entrance, we go up 4-5 steps to an open-plan space, with a living area and a marble staircase to the upper floor.
To the left, there is a modern, fully equipped kitchen and dining room with an intermediate decorative fireplace. Between the staircase and the kitchen, there is a guest WC.
The marble staircase leads to the upper level, which houses a double bedroom with an en-suite shower/WC and two twin bedrooms with private rear balconies, that share in between a family bathroom.
A second staircase lands on the top floor which consists of a double bedroom with an en-suite shower/WC and doors that open to a terrace with sitting facilities and unsurpassed sea and sunset views.
All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and this is provided free of charge by the owner, although the use of air-conditioning in the lounge area is charged extra, at a small fee payable directly to the owner. (10 Euro per unit/per day).

Pool and Terraces
The private sunny pool is set in between lush gardens, it is surrounded by spacious terraces and it offers all the necessary amenities for sunbathing or relaxing away from it all, among the virgin countryside and the offered un-obscured sea-views.

Stavriella is located in a green, pure, and tranquil environment and is the ideal home for those seeking an unforgettable relaxing stay, enjoying dreamy sunsets or blue sky mingling with the vast crystal sea right on its front.
