Villa Strophilia is a charming two-storey house situated in the picturesque village of Arillas Corfu, just 2950m away from local tavernas and the sea, and only 37 minutes from the airport. The property is surrounded by 3000 square metres of grounds and offers stunning panoramic views.

The upper floor features a comfortable double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a family shower, while the ground floor boasts a twin bedroom, a lounge, a well-equipped kitchen, a separate diner and a family bathroom. The house can accommodate up to six people and is perfect for families with children.

Inside, guests will find a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay, including Wi-Fi internet, a dishwasher, a washing machine, comfortable sofas in the lounge, a Smart TV with music system, a hairdryer, cleaning materials, small games and books, and heating via air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full oven and cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee and filter machines, toaster, sandwich toaster, utensils and more. A high chair is also provided for families with young children.

Outside, guests can enjoy a range of facilities, including a mobile barbeque, private parking, a gardener who will visit from time to time, a terrace, a shaded terrace, a balcony, sun loungers and an umbrella. In the event of a water shortage, the owner keeps an extra tank on site to switch over when notified.

The house is conveniently located close to various shops, restaurants, supermarkets, a water park, a marina and a hospital, with distances ranging from 2km to 31km. The cleaner will visit twice a week, including on arrival day, while fresh linen and towels will be provided once a week. Car hire is recommended for exploring the surrounding area.

Check-in is at 15:00 hrs, with luggage check-in at 13:00 hrs, and check-out is at 10:00 hrs. However, the property owner can be flexible with these times upon request. Visa and MasterCard are accepted, and the house is licensed for local rentals.
