Villa Styliani is a traditionally constructed holiday home, in a quiet location outside Droushia village, with a private pool, sunny courtyards, exceptional views of the valley and the sea in the background. It is fully air-conditioned, and nests away from it all, in a secluded area with neighbouring villas, known as Fasli.
This attractive property is spread over two levels, which can accommodate easily a family or a party of six persons in three charming bedrooms equipped with relevant en-suite bathrooms.

Layout
The ground floor, which is located at the pool level, consists of an open space with a living room, a fully equipped and fitted kitchen, dining room and windows that offer panoramic views of the surrounding valley. On this level, are also established a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a WC.
The internal staircase leads to the upper floor, which consists of one double and one twin bedroom, both with en-suite bathrooms and they share in between an exceptional balcony, which offers stunning views of the countryside and the bay of Chrysochous at the far end.

Pool and Terraces
The private sunny pool is located at the front of the property and it is surrounded by stone walls to ensure the best possible isolation, whilst the spacious terraces are beautifully paved and equipped with all the necessary amenities for unobstructed sunbathing or relaxing by the pool.
A handy Barbecue is strategically placed at the edge of the courtyard fully equipped with everything needed for seamless cooking or dining Al-Fresco, enjoying the panoramic views, twinkling lights and the night silence of the virgin countryside.

Villa Styliani nests away from bustling resorts, in an elevated rural location, is ideal for those seeking a long walk in the local environment and offers all those comforts to please even the most demanding guests.

General Information

The picturesque village of Droushia with its traditional architecture, narrow streets, small coffee shops, museums and Byzantine churches, stands 600 meters above sea level in a unique island region, which is rich in natural beauty right on the outskirts of the famous Akamas Peninsula.
The village is situated at the Laona Plateau and only 27 km from the town of Paphos, 10 km away from Polis – Chrysochous and it is an amazing location with stunning seaside and mountain views.
A legend suggests that the village derives its name from the Greek word Drosia, meaning: cool and fresh.

I can recommend the villa to everyone

Alles war schön. Die Übergabe war einfach, das Haus entsprach der Beschreibung, lediglich den Grill haben wir vermisst,benötigten ihn dann jedoch nicht, sonst hätten wir nachgefragt und sicher sofort eine Antwort bekommen, wie auf andere Fragen,die wir gestellt hatten. Die Aussicht ist grandios. Der Pool ist sauber und erfrischend. Eine Beschreibung, wie Klimaanlage oder Pool-Pumpe funktionieren, wäre eine Ergänzung gewesen, die es perfekt gemacht hätte,aber auch so sind wir rundum zufrieden. Alles,was man braucht ist vorhanden und die Einzellage schafft Privatsphäre, einfach toll. Wir wollten die Lage etwas abseits,da wir sowieso per Mietwagen die Insel erkunden. Danke für diesen schönen Aufenthalt, ich kann die Villa jedem empfehlen und Zypern an sich als Urlaubsziel auch. (EN: Everything was lovely. The handover was easy, the house was as described, we just missed the grill, but didn't need it, otherwise we would have asked and would have gotten an answer straight away, like we did to other questions we had asked. The view is magnificent. The pool is clean and refreshing. A description of how the air conditioning or pool pump works would have been an addition that would have made it perfect, but even so we are completely satisfied. Everything you need is there and the secluded location creates privacy, just great. We wanted the location a little off the beaten track, as we were exploring the island by rental car anyway. Thank you for this lovely stay, I can recommend the villa to everyone and Cyprus itself as a holiday destination too.)

Wspaniały wyjazd i wart każdych pieniędzy"

Miejsce super, spokojnie, ciche. Dom czysty, basen bardzo fajny, szkoda, ze wiekszosc dnia w cieniu. Nie bylo podstawowych rzeczy, jak np. sól, kawa, herbata, cukier. Wyjazd wspanialy i wart kazdych pieniedzy.(EN:) Great place, peaceful, quiet. Clean house, really nice pool, a shame most of the day was in the shade. Basic things, like salt, coffee, tea, sugar, were missing. Wonderful trip worth every penny

A Beautiful Location with Supplies to Bring

It's a beautiful location with great views. The home and pool are in good condition. There were no supplies, so if you're going to cook, you'll need to provide your own salt, pepper, oil, sugar, etc. If you're going to use the dishwasher or washing machine, bring your own detergent. And don't use the directions they provide. You'll get lost. Just put Fasli in your GPS, and when you get to the street, follow the directions to the house.
