Wir waren 8 Nächte zu viert in der Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Aufteilung auf zwei Wohnungen mit insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmern und zwei Küchen bot viel Platz und Komfort. There were minor deductions, as the announced mid-stay cleaning didn't take place, and a few more towels and accessories for the grill and washing machine would have been welcome. However, there were numerous supermarkets in the area, so we were able to get everything we needed. A car is recommended. Highlight: A sweet little cat who loves wet food! We highly recommend this property and would definitely come back!)

Villa Teresa is a family rental property located on the road between Roda and Agnos, with a sunny swimming pool (8 Χ 4 m), a beautiful garden, air-conditioned, and just a short distance from the beach and the local amenities. The property consists of two independent apartments in a family building, and it is spacious for a party of 6 people.

Layout

The entrance (through a private pathway) to the central compartment opens into a single area on the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room, and a guest Wc. The wooden staircase leads up to the upper level, essentially an airy attic, accommodating one double and one twin bedroom with a family bathroom. Both bedrooms have access to a side balcony with views of the surrounding countryside.

At the back of the main house and towards the garden, there is a separate entrance of an independent suite-type apartment extending over two levels. The ground floor consists of an attractive space with a small kitchen and guest toilet, while the internal staircase lands on the upper floor, which consists of a double air-conditioned bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

Both compartments have access to and exclusive use of the beautiful garden at the back of the building.

Pool and Garden

A sunny, charming swimming pool is placed in the middle, with superb sun terraces, and it remains sunny most of the day. Near the collection are a beautiful gazebo and a side BBQ for anyone wishing to try his cooking skills and dine alfresco.

The Location

Villa Teresa is an ideal property for a group or family that would like to relax in a charming environment, to be together and apart, having all the facilities on hand. The ideal for children sandy beach of Roda is only 1.5 km away, while the traditional tavernas and the bars are no longer than a 10-minute walk.

Location

General Information

The area of Agnos is an extension of Astrakeri beach, located on route to Sidari from Roda on the northern side of the island. It is a peaceful bay surrounded by green hills and Mediterranean foliage. A couple of traditional tavernas set the scene and add hues of local charm and colour. It is a great choice for a relaxing family holiday, located between the larger resorts of Roda and Sidari.
Astrakeri is a delightful resort around 40km from Corfu Town. It is considered ideal for children due to its shallow crystalline waters. Sunbeds and Umbrellas are available for hire dotted along the sandy shore. There is also a watersports centre for enthusiasts, the tavernas being in a close vicinity, alternatively, why not just let time take its course, do your own thing and enjoy the tranquil scenery of the area.
