Villa THE VIEW stands as a recently constructed gem, nestled within the serenity of Nisaki, Corfu. This contemporary property, an integral part of a traditional Corfiot house, boasts an awe-inspiring panorama of Kaminaki Bay and the open sea. Offering a private pool and adorned with exquisite modern furnishings and air-conditioning, the villa epitomizes the perfect blend of luxury and tranquility.

Perched on a hillside overlooking Kaminaki Beach, the villa spans two levels, promising comfort and convenience for a family or a group of six. Ideally positioned near pristine local beaches and secluded coves, it invites guests to revel in the idyllic charm of the Corfu countryside.

Upon entering the ground floor, a small hall leads to an ultra-modern master bedroom, complete with an en-suite shower/WC and a private balcony that captures breathtaking views of the sea and Kaminaki beach below. Ascending the internal staircase to the second floor reveals a state-of-the-art kitchen/dining area with access to the pool terrace. A twin bedroom, a striking living room with a balcony overlooking the bay, a family shower/WC, and a second twin bedroom with an en-suite shower/WC and individual balcony complete the upper level.

Access to the pool level is facilitated either from the upper floor (kitchen) or the parking area via a stone staircase. The distinctive 9x5m swimming pool, strategically located on the left end of the terrace to maximize sunlight throughout the day, is complemented by an airy forecourt. To the right stands a superb stone-built gazebo, offering dining facilities and a BBQ, inviting those inclined to test their cooking skills in this enchanting setting.

Kaminaki is tiny coastal settlement in the ever-popular region of Nisaki ,attractive for its pebbly beach and beautiful coastline, This area is known for its captivating natural beauty. Sunbathe, swim, or snorkel uncovering local fish on the small simple but blissfully crystal clear shimmering sea or just explore the rocky coast. Lazily taste traditional local specialities from the two waterfront family run tavernas.
Should you prefer a larger more organized beach, follow the coastal footpath at the left end of the Beach you will arrive at Krouzeri Beach, only 15 mins away, with sunbeds, umbrellas for hire and an excellent local taverna serving the catches of the day.

A pre-booked hire car is recommended, but a simple self-drive motorboat can be hired locally if you are wishing to explore the idyllic North East Corfu coastline to uncover tiny beaches and bays.
Winding your way through the olive groves or scaling the extremely steep road to the top of the hill can be an unforgettable adventure, elevated views of the coastline can be viewed if you reach the top! Local Supermarkets in Nissaki can deliver produce conveniently to the properties in Kaminaki.

Finally, for sports enthusiasts a registered water sports centre is available near the beach professionally run by Dimitris and his staff.

SUPER TOP !!!

We had a wonderful 7-day holiday at this beautiful villa. Everything was absolutely perfect, from the stunning views to the great spaces for our large group and the children. A special thanks to the Eos Villas team for their super assistance throughout our stay. They were always responsive, professional, and helpful with any questions we had. The car rental service organized through them was also seamless and hassle-free. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and memorable holiday in Corfu. A really beautiful villa!

A really beautiful villa! We loved our stay here - very comfortable with good air conditioning and facilities and an amazing pool and outdoor area. Lovely sea views. You can get to the beach and a taverna by a 10 minute walk (although as a warning the road is very steep to walk up and down). The drive to the villa is also up a steep hill but we didn’t find it particularly an issue (although would recommend an automatic car!). Would love to come back one day.
