French doors lead out to the dining terrace, making it easy to enjoy meals in the fresh air. Also on the ground floor is a comfortable double bedroom with an en-suite shower room.

A graceful marble staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with en-suite bathrooms. These rooms open onto a spacious shared balcony, where you can soak up breathtaking countryside and sea views, making it the perfect spot for your morning coffee or evening drinks.

The private pool area is a true highlight, featuring a separate shallow children's section, ensuring fun for all ages. The villa's well-established gardens create a peaceful and secluded atmosphere, while the covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining. A small seating area for children adds a thoughtful touch, and the pool table and table tennis provide entertainment for guests of all ages.

For your comfort, air conditioning is included in all bedrooms, while air conditioning in the lounge is available for €10 per day, payable locally. Additionally, pool heating is available on request for €30 per day, ensuring a pleasant swim year-round.
