A beautiful marble staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both featuring en-suite bathrooms. These rooms open onto a spacious shared balcony, where you can sit back, sip your favorite drink, and take in the spectacular sea views and sunsets.

Outside, the private pool area is a true highlight, featuring a separate shallow children section, making it perfect for families to enjoy together. The lush, mature gardens create a sense of privacy and tranquility, while the covered terrace provides the perfect setting for alfresco dining. A cozy bench area is thoughtfully included for younger guests, while everyone can enjoy a bit of fun with the pool table and table tennis—ideal for bringing out your competitive side!

For your comfort, air conditioning is included in all bedrooms, while air conditioning in the lounge is available for €10 per day, payable locally. Additionally, pool heating is available on request for €30 per day, ensuring an enjoyable swim all year round.

Situated in an excellent location, the villa is close to a variety of Argaka’s beachfront restaurants and tavernas, where you can enjoy delicious local cuisine by the water. General Information

Argaka is situated on the coast, just 7kms north of Polis, NW Cyprus. Famous for its magnificent sunsets and warm hospitality, Argaka is certainly the place to be, where the greek word filoxenia combines both hospitality and stranger!
Argaka is a small traditional Cypriot farming village, built along a ridge with magnificent views of the sea. Its location makes it the ideal place to just sit back and relax taking in the unforgettable scenery.
Dating back hundreds of years, the village is said to exist in medieval times. East of the village lies the restored church of Agia Varva which belonged to the Jerusalem Patriarchate and functioned until 1821.
The settlement of Argaka has two parts. There is Pano Argaka (Upper) and Kato Argaka (Lower). Upper Argaka represents the old settlement while Lower Argaka, which followed the Polis – Pomos – Nicosia road, is the new, linear-type settlement. The houses of the old settlement are mostly traditional, made with hewed limestone or with igneous pebbles. Because of the stream that crosses it (known as the River of Argaka), of the slope upon which it is built, and of the road through which it connects with the new settlement by the sea, the settlement of Argaka can be characterized as a relatively sparsely structured one.
The village features a selection of shops, supermarkets and banks, to satisfy all visitor's needs while on holiday.
Argaka has several dams where fishing may be possible. This part of the island is very fertile and has an abundance of fruit trees including figs, grapes, prickly pears, apples, oranges and lemons.

Pure Heaven

I truly can not fault our stay at your amazing villa. Location, facilities, friendliness of the owner. We have had, I can honestly say the best holiday we have had in years. We are not people that go to areas that have been commercialised. We like to see meet the true country locals. We did not want for anything. It was like a home from home but with the sunshine pool. We loved the relaxing atmosphere, apart from the Cockerel's in the mornings, but as I said we enjoy the real country all it's quirks. We could not fault our stay in any way, from start to finish. We will be back x

We will be going back

Lovely large villa within a short walking distance of several restaurants /bars and the beach. About 4 miles away from a large supermarket in Polis. With one en suite bedroom on the ground floor, ideal for someone with limited mobility, and 2 further en suite bedrooms on the first floor both with large balconies there's plenty of room for a family or groups of friends. There's a well equipped kitchen on the ground floor and a laundry room on the first floor. Outside there is a large pool area with an excellent pool and sunbeds with shades. We will be going back.

Holidays May 2025 Cyprus

The check-in and check-out process was very uncomplicated. Everything was clean. Very well-equipped with everything you need in a house. The pool and surrounding area were very relaxing.
