Accommodation

This attractive two-storey villa accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms. The bedrooms share a large modern bathroom, and there is also a guest WC on the ground floor. Each bedroom features built-in wardrobes, patio doors, and balconies that offer sweeping sea views.

Ground Floor

The ground floor opens to a bright and modern living area with large patio doors that lead to the front terrace, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. Here, guests can enjoy a comfortable lounge with a large sofa, a decorative fireplace, and views to the open sea. The open-plan space includes a fully equipped modern kitchen with all essential appliances. A second dining area accommodates six guests comfortably, with an additional breakfast table nearby. A guest WC completes the ground floor.

Top Floor

An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, home to the master bedroom with a private balcony, a second double bedroom with a balcony, and a third double bedroom with access to two balconies. A large modern bathroom with bath, washbasin, WC, and washing machine serves the bedrooms.

The villa’s amphitheatrical outdoor areas are truly the highlight, offering total relaxation and breathtaking panoramic views over the Ionian Sea. Guests can unwind in the outdoor sitting areas, dine alfresco next to the built-in BBQ, or simply soak in the vivid colors of the horizon in complete privacy. The villa also features private parking and a courtyard accessed via a short uphill private road from the main street.
