Stunning villa with amazing pool, garden and wraparound terrace. Plenty of different places to sit and relax in and out of the sun. Three large sun shades with 6 sun beds all in great condition. Villa was lovely and clean, with a towel and bed sheets change mid stay too. Plenty of kitchen equipment and essential cleaning and cooking bits provided include water and milk in the fridge. Pool towels provided too which is a nice addition. Lovely and quiet location and can watch the horses in the stables opposite. Shops, restaurants and beach 5 mins drive away. Kassiopi which is lovely for restaurants 10 mins drive. We loved it and felt really at home very quickly. The photos do not do it justice.

Villa Valentina is a secluded rental property located just a breath away from Agios Spyridon beach, close to Perithia village centre, in a beautiful private landscape with an olive grove. It features a sunny pool (4 x 8 m) and spacious surrounding terraces for relaxing away from it all.
This charming villa is all set on one level. It features lovely gardens with fruit trees. It is spacious for a family or party of 6 persons accommodated in three air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a private pool.

Layout
A small staircase accesses the villa from the parking area, which lands on the large terrace and leads to an open plan living room with a sofa that can convert into an extra bed and a dining area. A fully equipped kitchen is attached, and three bedrooms share two spacious shower rooms.
One of the bedrooms is the main bedroom, and the other two are twins.
The main terrace surrounds the house, overlooks the pool, and offers all the facilities for dining al fresco or enjoying a chilled drink whilst others are taking their evening dip.

Pool and Gardens
The private swimming pool is located in front of the villa (4 x 8 m) and remains sunny throughout the day. Olive and fruit trees surround the swimming pool, which remains private. Sunbeds and sun umbrellas are provided for isolation or topping up your tan.

The Location
Villa Valentina is a charming rental house with all facilities you wish for a comfortable stay far away from daily life. The beach, tavernas, cafes, boat or car rental, horse riding school, and the centre of the village of Perithea are only a few hundred meters away.
Perfect even for the most discerning holidaymaker.

Location

General Information

The area of Agnos is an extension of Astrakeri beach, located on route to Sidari from Roda on the northern side of the island. It is a peaceful bay surrounded by green hills and Mediterranean foliage. A couple of traditional tavernas set the scene and add hues of local charm and colour. It is a great choice for a relaxing family holiday, located between the larger resorts of Roda and Sidari.
Astrakeri is a delightful resort around 40km from Corfu Town. It is considered ideal for children due to its shallow crystalline waters. Sunbeds and Umbrellas are available for hire dotted along the sandy shore. There is also a watersports centre for enthusiasts, the tavernas being in a close vicinity, alternatively, why not just let time take its course, do your own thing and enjoy the tranquil scenery of the area.
