Villa Yiotta set in a secluded area near the historic lighthouse of Lakka, Paxos and very close (800 meters) to the Centre. This property features an amazing sunny pool (7 X 4 m.), colourful gardens, wonderful terraces for relaxing or dining al fresco, and stunning sea views of the open sea underneath.
Yiotta is set on an upper level of a village house, (the owners discreetly live on the ground floor), it is really spacious for a family or party of 4 persons, accommodated in two air-conditioned bedrooms with one bathroom.

Layout
A staircase lands on the upper balcony and the main door, which opens into a spacious, well-stocked kitchen with a dining area and sitting room, fitted with French doors leading to the front main balcony – overlooking the pool terrace and exceptionally stunning sea views. A Master bathroom in between the twin and the master bedroom complements the interior layout of this attractive home.
Both the bedrooms are air-conditioned and fitted with ceiling fans.

Pool and Terraces
At the front of the house, a superb stone-paved terrace lies the sunny private pool, alongside sunbathing facilities and a lovely gazebo for relaxing or reading a book in the shade.
The terrace is spacious and sunny, it is surrounded by delightful colourful gardens and offers exceptional views over the Ionian Sea. The terrace and pool are accessed via a side staircase (on the left-hand side of the garden).
The built Barbecue near the pool area is well equipped and is usefully located if you wish to try out your cooking skills whilst away from home.

General Information

Gaios is the capital of Paxos Island and the largest port, serving large ferries, hydrofoils and sea taxis from Corfu and Igoumenitsa.

As the largest town on the island, Gaios is relatively small and quaint, with Venetian architecture, a labyrinth of side streets, and pedestrian squares along the seafront. Restaurants and snack bars are scattered throughout the town, catering to all tastes and demands.

The surrounding olive groves offer a high standard of local Greek cuisine, a must-try for every visitor. Local amenities include a post office, banks, a chemist, a doctor's surgery, gift shops, a high school, jewellery and handmade craft shops, as well as supermarkets, bakeries, and butchers.

Gaios has a range of waterfront bars, ranging from quiet traditional coffee places to livelier bars playing a variety of music. Taxis are limited in number, and the bus service is regular, and it enables you to reach the resorts of Loggos and Lakka or smaller neighbourhoods.

Gaios is one of the most popular and cosmopolitan resorts in the Mediterranean. Hundreds of VIPs visit Gaios or reside in their private properties every summer, and finding a place to stay during the peak season can be challenging.
