Xenia House is a lovely holiday rental one-bedroom apartment, centrally located in a popular neighbourhood in Gaios, Paxos, with air-conditioning, a beautiful front terrace, very close to the local amenities and the beaches of Gianas (300 m) and Plakes (650 m).

This charming apartment lies a few stairs above the access staircase to the owner's flat, who discreetly live next door.

Xenia House is spacious for a couple with a kid, which can be accommodated on the available sitting rooms sofa.

The house features an open plan space with a fully equipped kitchen, a small sitting and dining area, a front furnished terrace offering views over the neighbourhood, one double bedroom, and a shower room.

The most charming part of the property is the front terrace, equipped with a table and chairs, ideal for those who wish to dine al fresco or unwind in peace.

Xenia House is located in the centre of Gaios, very close to all local amenities, and a car is not needed.

General Information

Gaios is the capital of Paxos Island and the largest port, serving large ferries, hydrofoils and sea taxis from Corfu and Igoumenitsa.

As the largest town on the island, Gaios is relatively small and quaint, with Venetian architecture, a labyrinth of side streets, and pedestrian squares along the seafront. Restaurants and snack bars are scattered throughout the town, catering to all tastes and demands.

The surrounding olive groves offer a high standard of local Greek cuisine, a must-try for every visitor. Local amenities include a post office, banks, a chemist, a doctor's surgery, gift shops, a high school, jewellery and handmade craft shops, as well as supermarkets, bakeries, and butchers.

Gaios has a range of waterfront bars, ranging from quiet traditional coffee places to livelier bars playing a variety of music. Taxis are limited in number, and the bus service is regular, and it enables you to reach the resorts of Loggos and Lakka or smaller neighbourhoods.
